This 2 Day Lake Mburo National Park Wildlife Safari Adventure takes you to one of Uganda's smallest National Park. Lake Mburo National Park is located approximately 240km by road west of Kampala and takes you about 4 hours drive to the Park. The park is home to over 68 mammal species such as buffaloes, bush pigs, leopards, and zebras as well as various bird species. It is famous for having large numbers of Zebras. The park also has great sceneries starting from the rolling hills, the lush forests to the Savannah grasslands, and seasonal swamps to lakes. There are 5 lakes in the park where by you can engage in sport fishing where you can catch a large tilapia and other fish species, also large numbers of hippos occupy the lakes. While in the park you might not miss out on seeing so many animals and the nature is also amazing.

Our Driver guide will pick you up from your Hotel or Home and brief you about the 2 Day Lake Mburo National Park Tour. You will embark on your journey to Lake Mburo National Park via the Kampala- Masaka route. Along the way you will stop at the Equator in Kayabwe for a Water experience and photo moments. After your Equator Moments, Continue your drive to the Park proceeding to the Restaurant for your Lunch by the Lake. Later Proceed for your Boat ride on the Lake where you will have a great chance to see different animals like the crocodiles, hippos, topis and birds like the fish eagles. After drive along the park trails where you will spot various animals such as the elands, warthogs, buffaloes, zebras, and waterbucks. Proceed to the lodge for your dinner and an overnight.

Take an early breakfast, proceed for your Morning Game drive through the Park giving you an amazing glimpse of the Savannah, Woodland and the 5 lakes seeing various animals such as buffaloes, antelopes, zebras, hyenas, topis, hippos, also not forgetting the different bird species on the acacia trees and near the lake making beautiful sounds.

Later after your morning Game drive, drive out of the Park and head back to Kampala, having a stop enroute for lunch you will reach Kampala in the afternoon for a drop off back to your pick up location.

My solo trip to Lake Mburo National Park with Nsheka African Adventures was an unforgettable experience. My guide Khalid was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly making the safari drive both informative and enjoyable. I had the opportunity to savor a delicious local meal and was impressed by the fair pricing of the tour. The diverse wildlife and a variety of bird species, made this a truly remarkable adventure that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Uganda.

My partner and I had a wonderful time visiting Lake Mbulo National Park. We stayed at Rwakobo rock Lodge, which had comfortable accommodations and delicious local cuisine. We had self-contained 4 by 4 vehicle that allowed us to explore the park at our own pace. I highly recommend booking your trip through Nsheka African Adventures - their knowledgeable guide Yusuf provided excellent commentary and helped us spot incredible wildlife.
