Bran Castle (Dracula's Castle)
Also known as ‘Dracula’s Castle’ - a hilltop estate that conjures up visions of howling wolves and bats fluttering in the moonlight. Wander the castle’s Gothic chambers and learn about its ties to Bram Stoker’s undead antihero. Enter if you dare, after paying the site fee (own expense), and wander through the castle’s many well-preserved rooms and chambers with your guide. Gothic furnishings and details help set the scene for ghastly legends of all that happened here, including the imprisonment of Vlad the Impaler. This 15th-century prince was notorious for his bloodthirsty campaigns against invading Turks and is said to have inspired Stoker’s malevolent Count Dracula.
Biertan Fortified Church
The Biertan fortified church (Romanian: Biserica fortificată din Biertan; German: Kirchenburg von Birthälm) is a Lutheran fortified church in Biertan (Birthälm), Sibiu County, in the Transylvania region of Romania. It was built by the ethnic German Transylvanian Saxon community at a time when the area belonged to the Kingdom of Hungary. Briefly Roman Catholic, it became Lutheran following the Reformation. Together with the surrounding village, the church forms part of the villages with fortified churches in Transylvania UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Centrul Istoric Sighisoara
Discover the only city in Romania which looks exactly the same way as in the XVIth century - Sighisoara. Take a trip in time in this one day tour or simply get all the inside information in a walking tour if you are traveling on your own.
Cetatea Rupea
Visit a remarkable fortress - Rupea - with three rings, dating from the 14th century, built on a basalt rock. Inside the fortress there is a well 60 m deep. The water is still drinkable.

Sibiu
serving as capital and dominating cultural activity. Sibiu is home to the first hospital in Romania (1292), the first pharmacy (1494) and the oldest museum in Romania, the Brukenthal Museum, opened in 1817.
Fagaras Fortress
Situated right in the heart of central Romania, the Fagaras fortress in the town of the same name represents one of Eastern Europe’s largest and best-preserved feudal Castle complexes. Unquestionably the most-visited site in the medieval old town of the city, the castle was once the kingpin of regional power. Throughout the 17th century, the citadel was expanded continuously, reflecting the growing wealth of a centre that exercised control over much of Transylvania and central Romania.
Muzeul Astra
We visit, also, Astra open air village museum. Situated in the natural reservation of Dumbrava Sibiului, on the road to Rasinari village and to Paltinis ski resort, 8 kilometers away from the city centre, the Open Air Museum spreads across a 96 ha area of which an area of 40 ha is covered by the permanent exhibition which is the largest open air ethnographic exhibition in Europe.

These guys are great! They tailored our tour to what we wanted to see over a 3 day period. Tibi our guide was great with a wealth of knowledge on every place we went to, and adds a bit of humour to the tour. And also seems to know everyone. Definitely worth it! Tibi drove us to Prejmer, Harman, Bran and Sinaia where we saw the monastery, Peles Castle and went up Cota 2000. The last day we went to the Seven Ladders which was great. We are definitely gonna use them again when we come back to Brasov.

My partner and I were in Romania for a wedding and I really wanted to include Transylvania in our quick tour of the country. I found this tour group on the web. From the moment I contacted them they were so obliging and helpful. We actually got a private tour starting from Bacau instead of Bucharest so we didn't have to worry about driving. We had a wonderful no stress 3 day/2 night tour of Transylvania The communication with the owner Marian was amazing from day one, the booking process was easy and he tailored the whole tour to an amazing amount of detail and catering to our needs. Our guide Tiberiu picked us up from Bacau driving us into Transylvania. His knowledge on his country was wonderful and we saw some amazing fortified churches, citidaels and castles. the accommodation chosen for us was very comfortable and clean. Tiberiu even modified the trip to show us extra parts of the country, sharing the amazing foods and palinka with us. We hiked in some beautiful scenery and foraged in the wild sampling plums, apples, walnuts and mushrooms. We came back from this trip revitalized and feeling back to being yourself after living with the pandemic. We will definitely be back to this wonderful part of the world its so much better than I could have ever dreamt. Our guide really showed us some most amazing sites, scenery, tastes and smells and you could really feel the passion he had for his country. I can't rate this tour higher. Thank you both for such a wonderful experience XXXXX

We booked 2 full-day trips from Brasov, one for Bran Castle/Peles/Rasnov and other for Sibiu. Both were conducted privately by Mr. Negrescu, a fantastic and knowledgeable guide, and an accomplished singer! The highest point was to visit a medieval cistercian church, where he sung Ace Maria in Latin for us <3 Best price in Brasov and we highly recommend!
