We know very well each place of this tour, since we have grown up in this area and we studied over 3 years to get a guide license. as well, our vehicles have all the permits to operate.
We know when and where to go first to avoid the crowds. We want you enjoy the beauty and peace of each place and if you do not want to get too exhausted doing long tours over 8 hours, this is the best option for you. Splitting the visit to the Sacred Valley in 2 days will allow us to do shorter and more relaxed tours between 6 and 8 hours aprox. per day. But also, we will have plenty of time to have a deeper insight of each place, especially if we start the tour from Urubamba (town in the Sacred Valley).
WE SUGGEST TO STAY IN URUBAMBA, because this town is closer to all the sites and is about 800 m lower than Cusco city, better to acclimatize to the altitude and also closer to get to Machupicchu.
Remember, our tours are PRIVATE, so we are very flexible.

We will have lunch in a buffet restaurant ( best way to try a bit of our wide variety of typical peruvian dishes).
Ollantaytambo
Ollantaytambo is known as the living Inka city because most of their architecture and urban desing is original from inca times. We will get in the archaeological to visit a religious complex that Inca people were building on top of a mountain . We will learn a lot of the inka´s history and be surprised by its impressive arquitecture. After this, we will walk down in the lovely streets of this town.
Pisac
We will visit an adminitrative and produccion center in incas time, where we will walk on the beautiful and big terraces and learn about this technology developed by the incas. Also we will see an Inka cementery and the water fountains the used for ceremonies and to irrigate their terraces. Afterwards, we will go to Pisac town. This town is famous for its artisans and artists, especially for their silver and gold work, so we will visit a silver workshop, where we will be able to see and learn how they make their work. Then, if you want, we will give you free time to walk around the town and pisac market.
Urubamba
We will stop in a chicheria to try and learn about the procces to make the traditional inka drink they used for their ceremonies. it is made of germinated corn so taste like a corn beer. To stop here you only need to leave a tip at the end.
Cerveceria del Valle Sagrado
We will stop in a brewery for relaxing and taste artesanal beer made in the Sacred Valley, (It is optional). Sample of 6 types of beer.... S/12 soles.
Chinchero, Moray and the salt mines of Maras (stunning views).

You can choose dishes made from beef, pork, chicken or trout. It also include a beverage (no alcoholic).
Chinchero
We will visit a beautiful Inka palace, where we will be able to appreciate an interesting mix of inka and Spanish architecture. Also, we could see a pretty and interesting art inside of a 400 years old colonial church. But maybe it can no be posibble because of the covid. On the other hand we can visit one of the weavers co-op where native girls perform and preserve ancient techniques to weave and die their textiles usig natural plant and minerals.
Salinas de Maras
You will be able to contemplate and admire a unique, old and active salt mines in the Andes, which has been exploited since Inka times (over 600 year) and our professional guide will explain you the whole procces to get the salt and other interesting information and histories about this place.
Moray
We will visit one of the most interesting sites from a scientific point of view, since this place was a experimental laboratory where the inka people were able to acclimatize plants that did not grow in the high altitud, over 3500 m.a.s.l.

5.00We cannot overstate how fascinating and enjoyable our visit was to the Sacred Valley with Exclusive Inka Tour. Our guides Oscar and Miguel were extremely knowledgeable and engaging. We learned so much about the ingenious Incan people-- their agriculture, architecture, religious beliefs and general way of life. Both Oscar and Miguel were thorough and clear (and brilliant!) which made our learning experience even more pleasurable. Together with Cintya as the administrator, the trip was well planned and organized. We visited various beautiful archeological sites in the Valle Sagrado -- Chinchero, Maras and Pisac to name a few, and combined it with a 2 day (hike + visit) trip to Machu Picchu which we would highly recommend. Also, what cannot go unsaid is how flexible, personable and understanding our guides were. As our luggage did not turn up at the airport, Oscar took control and took us to a shopping center to buy toothbrushes and other essentials. Miguel was so thoughtful and included a birthday gift (complete with Incan significance!) at the end of our tour! We recommend Exclusive Inka Tour enthusiastically for a true education and a meaningful and memorable experience.

5.00We had a wonderful trip to Sacred Valley thanks largely to our wonderful guide, Miguel. His knowledge of the valley, interesting facts and good sense of humor made the whole experience worthwhile. Our memories of the Sacred Valley will be closely tied to Miguel. We did the Pisac Tour, Sacred Valley tour, Machu Picchu tour and Cusco tour with Exclusive Inka Tour and it was totally worth it. 5.00We did a 2 day sacred valley tour with Miguel through Exclusive Inka tour and it was amazing, from the book process all the way to the end. Oscar and the team are very responsive and were flexible in setting up a tour that worked for us. We appreciated the pick up in Cusco and also drop off/pick off for day 2 in Ollantaytambo. Miguel was on time, a safe driver, and so knowledgeable about Cusco region and the Sacred Valley area. Miguel was able to guide us and provide so much context to all the majestic Incan ruins and places and also got to explore town squares and markets. An added plus is Miguel knew where the good photo spots were too. We absolutely loved every bit of the 2 day tour and loved all the places and sights and definitely recommend Exclusive inka tour for anyone visiting the area!

5.00If you’re traveling to Peru, you have to go through Exclusive Inka tours! Not only did Oscar take as much time as needed to help us plan the itinerary before the trip, but he also went above and beyond while we were in Peru. He planned everything to the T and messaged us every morning/evening for a quick reminder of the day’s plan. He was extremely professional and responsive. While taking us on tours, he explained everything so thoroughly and made sure there was no question that went unanswered. My family had so much fun spending the day touring with him. He was flexible with our schedule if there was something we wanted to skip or something we wanted to see more. All in all, Oscar is a gem and he made our Peru trip one that we will never forget!

5.00My fiancé and I went to Peru for the 1st time for this September and got recommendation from a close friend of ours to visit the region of Cusco with Oscar. While we had a short amount of time, Oscar helped us make the absolute best out of our trip ! He planned out an efficient route allowing us to visit multiple spots in the area and made us feel very comfortable without us needing to worry about transportation or agendas. In 2 days we visited Cincheros textile area, Maras salt mines and multiple gorgeous view points in Valle Sagrado including local food and drink tastings. Any place we been to - Oscar shared his very knowledgeable experience with us about the area we were visiting. It was all very interesting ; and Oscar made it feel as if we known each other since forever with a very warm welcome and a lot of enthusiasm as he guided us through the region. It was very easy going around as we were picked up from the airport, taken around and brought/picked us up to our hotel on the different days. On areas further from Cusco - Oscar also helped us in arranging guided tours of Machu Picchu and Rainbow mountain which were all perfectly organized. This is the 1st time we went around with a guide while traveling as we usually explore areas on ourselves. We had a great time and 100% recommend touring with Oscar if you visit Cusco/Valle Sagrado !

5.00Oscar took us all around the Sacred Valley during our stay. He and his tours are what made this the most amazing trip. Oscar took such good care of us and was so knowledgeable. I feel like we learned enough for a college degree about the Incan people and history. He took into consideration our interests and personalities in order to personalize our activities. I can’t imagine touring this area any other way.

5.00We did the Sacred Valley tour with Miguel for several days. The whole tour was great! The Sacred Valley is an incredibly beautiful and interesting place. But the best part was the sensational travel support by Miguel! He really knows a lot and obviously has fun conveying things. Not a single question was left without an answer and the whole tour was perfectly organized from start to finish! I can only recommend planning several days with the agency. We also visited Machu Picchu and Cusco with the agency - so everything was perfectly coordinated and we were able to stay in Urubamba during the whole time, which was super relaxed! Thanks to the two guides (Miguel and Victor, who accompanied us in Mach Picchu.) It was really great!

5.00Oscar and his team were great. They helped plan the right way to do the trip(much better with two days in Sacred Valley instead of rushing it in one), he did not rush us, and gave us a tremendous education on Inka culture. We used him in Cusco as well and for transportation from Ollantambo to Cusco after the train and his guide at Machu Picchu. All were excellent. He and his wife are true professionals in education and planning. They made this trip really great.

5.00My family and I had a wonderfully informative and super fun time with Miguel, who, for two full days, introduced us to many of the wonders of the Cusco region. Prior to our trip, Cintya, the reservation manger for Exclusive Inka Tours, was very responsive and patiently communicative about all their offerings and our many questions, and then, when a Peruvian air-traffic controllers strike delayed our arrival, Cintya was understanding and was able to shift our schedule to accommodate the last-minute itinerary change. Miguel has all the deep and broad knowledge you would want in a guide, and he is genuinely passionate about the people of Peru and their history. He was kind and fun and made a packed itinerary feel relaxed and comfortable. We saw A LOT and learned A LOT, but we never felt rushed nor overwhelmed -- the pacing was just right. We'll always treasure these two days of touring Cusco. THANK YOU, Miguel, Cintya, Oscar, and everyone at Exclusive Inka Tours!
