A moderate amount of walking under the sun is involved, wear sensible shoes, bring your hat and sunglasses.
Wadi Rum night stay and activities are included with all options except “Transportation Only.” If you select the transportation option, please note that the stay and activities in Wadi Rum must be arranged separately by yourself.
For Small-Group Tour option: Pickup time is very critical and you should be ready for pickup at 06:30 - allow 30 minutes delay to pickup all travelers.
This tour comes with different options: Private, Small Group, Mid-Size Guided Group and Transport Only (No accomodation or activity).
Each booking receives a separate tent. Only one medium-size bag per traveler is allowed (no large bags or multiple bags). Minimum age to join is 12 years, and the maximum is 69 years.

Petra
Depart to the south toward the Nabatean Red Rose City of Petra that is considered one of the wonders of the world. A city 139 miles (225 kilometers) from Amman that was carved in stone more than 2000 years ago in order to dominate the trade routes of ancient Arabia. Visit its towns, damns, and water channels and enjoy a walk along the narrow siq, a path which is the main entrance to the city. The first thing you will see is the Khazneh, which was believed to be a tomp for one of the Nabatean Kings. ِِAfternoon you will move towards Wadi Rum, called the valley of moon, where the movie Lawrence of Arabia was filmed and lately The Martian. Spend the night at Wadi Rum and move next day toward the Dead Sea (Night Stay and activity at Wadi Rum is based on your selected tour option).

Arrive in Wadi Rum by evening after your visit to Petra and immerse yourself in the tranquil beauty of the desert. Settle into a traditional Bedouin camp, where you’ll be welcomed with warm hospitality and a delicious Bedouin-style dinner prepared over the open fire. As night falls, relax under a sky filled with countless stars—one of the clearest night skies in the world. Enjoy the peaceful silence of the desert, sip tea by the fire, and take in the magic of stargazing surrounded by the stillness of Wadi Rum’s majestic landscape. Dead Sea Region
Continue your journey to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on Earth at over 1,300 feet (400 meters) below sea level. Renowned for its striking beauty and biblical significance as the site of Sodom and Gomorrah, the Dead Sea is truly one of the world’s natural wonders. Its still, shimmering waters—so dense with salt and minerals that no fish can survive—create an otherworldly landscape of peace and reflection. Enjoy the rare experience of floating effortlessly on the mineral-rich surface, known for its healing and rejuvenating properties. Take in the breathtaking views and tranquil atmosphere before returning to Amman, refreshed from this unforgettable and therapeutic encounter with nature. Spend 2 hours at one of the resorts at the Dead sea to enjoy floating in the salty water (Entry to the resort fees are NOT Included).

5.00Great tour and a must while you are in Jordan. Very easily organised and great communication leading into and on the tour. Our guide was lovely and gave us good options and advice. Accommodation in Wadi Rum was great and the food was delicious.

5.00Absolutely brilliant experience exploring Jordan in a very short time. Day 1: picked up from hotel in Amman and straight to Petra and were a mixed group from uk, us, russia, hungary and Italy. It was about 2.5 /3 hours to Petra and We had 5 hours in Petra. I read some reviews saying this wasn’t sufficient time but we all found it enough and managed to see most of the sites and the monastery as well. You can make it if you get straight there and took about 1hr 30 to the furthest point at the monastery but it’s a fair walk and lots of stairs to get there. Then straight onto wadi rum which was about 2 hours from sunset. This was absolutely incredible and the views and the calm tranquility was one of the highlights. I stayed in a deluxe tent which was only about £30 more and well worth the price - as it had heating and ac as well as a private bathroom - it was like a hotel room rather than the smaller tents which don’t have toilets or heating and are more basic (depends on what you want) The jeep tour was fantastic - remember both your thermals and sun cream as the sun is quite intense but also it’s pretty cold in the am (was there in Feb) Next onto the Dead Sea which was about 4 hours so fairly long but we had toilet breaks and didn’t feel too bad. 2.5 hours at the Dead Sea for floating and mud soaking and then an hour ish back to Amman. The tour guide jafar was fantastic - super knowledgable and got us around super efficiently. So grateful to his expertise! Amazing trip and leaving feeling culturally fulfilled but also rested and recharged despite a full schedule!

5.00This excursion was a wonderful introduction to all that Jordan has to offer. Starting in Amman with the gorgeous topography, seeing the expansive historic site at Petra, overnighting in the one of the most unique deserts in Wadi Rum, and finally getting to feel the sensation of floating in the Dead Sea, the experience exceeded all expectations. Our guide, Yousef, was very knowledgeable and inviting and ensured all our needs and desires were met.

5.00Everything was organised so well on this trip, our driver Ibrahim was lovely and informative and made sure we were comfortable the whole time particularly on the longer drives. Petra was incredible and the Bedouin camp was great with absolutely amazing food and so many options - all super fresh and delicious we were really impressed. Truck tour in wadi rum was really fun - we got to drive a little! And the star gazing was something else - would recommend to anyone.

5.00This small group tour to Petra, Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea was simply unforgettable. Each destination is unique in its own way, and together they create a truly magical journey through Jordan. Petra, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, hardly needs an introduction. Yet nothing prepares you for that moment when, after walking through the breathtaking Siq, the Treasury suddenly reveals itself in front of you. It’s a scene that genuinely leaves you speechless. Wadi Rum was another highlight. Spending the night in the desert, enjoying delicious traditional food at the camp, and waking up to the vast silence of the sand was an experience I will never forget. The jeep drive the following morning, surrounded by those incredible landscapes, made it even more special. And then the Dead Sea – floating effortlessly on the water is something everyone should experience at least once in their lifetime. It’s both surreal and deeply relaxing. A special thank you to our guide, Qutaibah, who truly made a difference. His availability, knowledge, kindness and great sense of humour enriched the entire trip. Everything was very well organised, with sufficient time at each location to really enjoy and absorb the experience. All in all, a fantastic journey that I warmly recommend to everyone.

5.00All three main destinations were splendid, though Petra was expected to be great, Wadi Rum was quite a surprise, a must see place, had great and memorable times. Overall, highly recommended. Our guide Mr.Q was an amazing person with great driving skills and humor sense :).

5.00It was an evocative and emotional experience. The breathtaking landscapes, from Petra to the desert with its colors and hospitable people as well as the beauty of sleeping in a tent in silence and with the light of the stars. Our private tour was led by FADI, it was super fun and at the same time explained every detail of what we saw and led us to explore places outside the tour as well and they are the ones that are most appreciated because they are special places. Thanks to him we tasted the typical cardamom coffee, their special milk and more nuts as well as the first factory of Dead Sea products. I would say that it was all really superlative and especially thanks to FADI that I recommend it to those who want to discover everything about True JORDAN. “We became friends” so he said and so it really was and so it will be. That's quite a person. Pick him! Beautiful Jordan!!!
