  An incredible experience, first time to bromo and very effective. Tourguide mas zul was very helpful, directed to the spot that was kece and very nice, the package is also complete equipment and camping equipment and food prepared. Next I'll use the smartway if I'm poor. Thanks a lot smartway

  It was an awesome trip! Bima and Dika were professional! We had lots of fun! The view of bromo is incredible ! Highly recommended! I would definitely go again!

  For context, it was my first time solo travelling, and as a female, I did have my fair share of concerns. But the past 2D1N was nothing short of amazing. Flew in to Surabaya, so there was a 3-4 hours car ride from Surabaya to Malang to be later picked up by the Smartway. First and foremost, the driver whom drove me from Surabaya to Malang (Mr Andika) had a really good command of English. We chatted our entire way, and it was super fun and lively. Then I got picked up by Smartway's driver (Mr Arif) and my guide (Febri) for the camping trip. Seeing that I'm on my own, Mr Arif and Febri actually camped alongside me (another tent), just to make sure I was safe. Febri also accompanied me everywhere, recommending picture spots and even helping me take pics and vids that were super stunning. I'm so very thankful! The hospitality even extends past Febri and Mr Arif; I actually met other members from Smartway virtually and had short chats (LOL). It helped open my eyes to what I really enjoy from travels beside the beautiful views - connecting with others, and building friendships. A big thank you to the Smartway team for making my first solo travel experience so memorable; I'm so glad I found you guys. And not forgetting Zaza, who helped me with my endless concerns prior to the trip via Whatsapp. Though our interaction was minimal, your responses really helped ease my fears.   Seru seru bingitss. The trip is well structured. Worth it so much, the price is the same as the trip is super cool. Mr. tour guide is also very good enough to prepare all our needs and a very good picture of the mantap thank you, sir. It is only possible that the lack of free chat so afraid to be deceived same time pick up late but overall good. Thank you 👍✌️

  The trip to Bromo yesterday was very, very smooth, and almost no obstacles at all. It happened yesterday that my friend Dapet and I were a friendly, kind, and very helpful tour guide. His father was also very good at taking photos and suggested that we get a lot of nice memoir photos. If the advice may be once yes, I would like to inform you that there are no toilets, mushrooms and shelters in the campsite so that you can be prepared before going upstairs. Is that sarannyaa, the rest is okay bangett This trip is steady bgt, can become a memorable memory anyway. Thank you smartway!! Thank you for being our tour guide yesterday!

  Big brother's night trip to Bromo with Smartway yesterday was a really good time. The service is okay, the trip is seruuu, the trip is asikk. Another one of the most effective in our opinion, the tour guide that nemenin we yesterday in Bromo is good bangettt, ramahh, jago fotoin alsoa. If I have any advice, I may be able to give you more detailed information about camping above if it turns out that there is no access to toilets, mushrooms, stoves, and food stalls at night so that you can prepare better than the other days. Other is all right!! Makasi many smartways 👍🏻
