Phnom Bakheng
Phnom Bakheng is a Hindu temple in the form of a temple mountain in Siem Reap Province, Cambodia. Dedicated to Shiva, it was built at the end of the 9th century, during the reign of King Yasovarman.

5.00Fantastic 2-days tour, with both big and small temples to learn about. Our guide, Sam, was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable about the history of the temple and the religions around them. I recommend this tour if you want to do a bit more than just wandering around the temples.

5.00Nick and Pip were fantastic. Both very informative and kind. They kept us hydrated with cold water and on the second day provided umbrellas. We had some of the same people from the first day which made for nice company

5.00I did a 2 days tour with Sam. He was an amazing tour guide. He was very knowledgeable about the history. He was very friendly and offered to take some of my pictures. The driver was nice too, waiting and giving us water bottle after each temple visit.

5.00Tour was fantastic and having Sam as the guide made it even more special. He was so very nice and so incredibly knowledgeable. I learned much more than I expected. Better yet, his prayers seem to have been answered as even though we started the tour with an overcast sky, we were still able to see the sunset, which was the high point of the journey. All temples were very interesting the 4th one, the one with the elephants, was my favorite. It was also the one who brought the sun and a blue sky.
