This is a Murchison Falls safari that takes you Uganda’s spectacular heritage, with breathtaking scenic allure, and landscapes. You will enjoy a game drive and a boat cruise along the Nile River and observe the squeezing of the Nile River in a 7 meter gorge before tumbling 40 meters down in a thunderous explosion and then flows down into a very peaceful river whose water banks are swarmed with a profusion of water and land animals as well as birds.

You will have an early breakfast and drive to Murchison Falls National Park passing through beautiful woodlands and Savannah grasslands. This journey takes 5-6 hours and on arrival you will have lunch your lunch and have a rest. In the afternoon at 2:00 pm you will go for a boat cruise on the placid Victoria Nile, upstream, to the base of the falls. En route you will see hippos, crocodiles, water buck and a wide variety of birds like the unusual shoebill stork. The boat stops just tens of meters from the “Devil’s Cauldron” for pictures to be taken of the photogenic and majestic Murchison Falls. You will thereafter be returned to the lodge of your booking for dinner and overnight Redchilli Rest Camp

You will wake up very early after breakfast set off at 6.30am for a sunrise game drive in the Nyamsika plateau to see the Cape buffaloes, Rothschild’s giraffes, Uganda kob, hartebeest and waterbucks. You may also spot oribi, bushbuck, Bohor reedbuck, shy sitatunga, bush duiker, warthog and bush pig plus large carnivores including lions, leopards and spotted hyenas. Chimpanzees and olive baboons head the list of six species of primates found in the park. Crocodiles and hippos will be seen along the banks of the Nile. Some of the more common birds that can be seen include goliath heron, Egyptian geese, pelican, bee-eaters, kingfishers, hornbill, cormorant, saddle-bill stork and the rare shoebill stork. After you will transfer to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, You will have you' early lunch then have a briefing from the ranger you trek the sanctuary for close to two hours. Afterwards transfer back to Kampala.

It was a super weekend that we just had. We had a Boat trip, game drive and we saw rhinos so close by. Personally our time was limited only to a weekend but we did see a lot and for sure can recommend Frena adventures and our guide Ronnie. It was a pleasure, hope to see gorillas next time!

I highly recommend Uganda is an amazing country unfortunately not many people know about it :) They are so professional and friendly I’ve spent a wonderful time. If I’ll go to Uganda again I’ll definitely go with them

This one is a top agenciesvfor gorilla trekking in Uganda. I went for the same with my family last week. It was 3 days trekking. The directions by the staff was amazing. The director of the company is very responsible and careful. We had a great time in the beautiful forest. It is just unforgettable. The gorillas trekking I can't never forget at all...

Happen to have joined a group safari to the Murchison falls when i was in Uganda during the month of February for a business trip and didnt get disappointed. Quit affordable to safari seekers on tight budgets and excellent customer service and planning from the company.
