No one knows the desert better than we do as it is our home. We would be honoured to welcome you to our home and help you discover the mystery and magic of the Sahara and all there is to see and experience on the way.

See a sacred oasis and spend the night in an Erg Chigaga desert camp. Your Sahara desert adventure to Erg Chegaga begins at our Morocco desert camp just outside the village of M'Hamid El Ghizlane. You can either arrive in the morning or stay in our basecamp the night before (free delicious breakfast included). We will greet you with tea, as is our custom, and discuss the journey ahead to make sure you have everything you need for your Erg Chigaga excursion. We will pack our 4x4 Jeep with water, snacks, and luggage and embark on our Erg Chigaga excursion. Following the path of the Wad Latash river, it won't take long to find yourself immersed in a multitude of diverse desert landscapes. You will see tamarisk trees (mentioned in ancient texts, including the Bible), vast plains of stones, and herds of wild camels. Along the way, we will visit a sacred oasis where Sahara nomads met in times of celebration.

Journey back from Erg Chegaga to M'Hamid El Ghizlane. The second day of your Erg Chigaga excursion is dedicated to returning to M'hamid. In the morning, you are free to get up early to watch an amazing desert sunrise. After enjoying a delicious breakfast in the Erg Chigaga desert camp, you will have some free time to walk in the dunes. We will load our 4x4 jeep, and journey back to the village of M'Hamid El Ghizlane, arriving at ~10 am. Here ends your Erg Chigaga Excursion.

5.00Our one-night trip to the desert in a luxury camp with Lahcen was truly unforgettable. From the moment the journey began, everything was perfectly organized and welcoming. Lahcen was an excellent host—friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the desert. He made sure we felt comfortable and safe throughout the entire experience. The desert itself was breathtaking. Watching the sunset over the golden dunes was magical, and the peaceful silence of the desert at night created a very special atmosphere. The luxury camp exceeded our expectations. The tents were spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, combining traditional style with modern comfort. In the evening, we enjoyed a delicious traditional dinner under the stars, followed by music and a warm, friendly atmosphere around the fire. Sleeping in the quiet desert and waking up to a stunning sunrise over the dunes was an experience we will never forget. I highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for a unique and authentic desert adventure. Thank you, Lahcen, for such a wonderful and memorable experience!

5.00A wonderful experience! Landscapes of rare beauty! Perfectly organized tour. Hassan, our guide, was exceptional, took us to a quiet bivouac, where nothing was missing and prepared us a truly exquisite and original dinner. We discovered the reality of the Saharan nomads. After dinner we played with him and another guy: their outstanding musicians! Hassan comes from these lands and this makes a difference! It really was a magical stay. Thank you very much Hassan
