This tour offers more than sightseeing—it’s a true Omani adventure blending nature, culture, and local hospitality. From Muscat, you’ll travel the scenic Qurayyat highway with mountains on one side and the Arabian Sea on the other, stopping to swim in the turquoise waters of Bimmah Sinkhole and hike through the stunning canyon of Wadi Shab, with its waterfalls and hidden cave pool. Afterward, relax overnight in a charming seaside hotel in Tiwi village.
Day two brings a unique fishing trip, where you’ll enjoy Omani coffee, dates, and breakfast on board while trying your luck at catching fish—and perhaps spotting dolphins along the way. The journey ends with a beautiful drive through Wadi Tiwi, known for its villages, cliffs, and lush plantations, before returning to Muscat.

Your journey begins with a scenic drive from Muscat along the Qurayyat highway, where dramatic Hajar mountains rise on one side and the sparkling Arabian Sea stretches on the other. Travelers will enjoy breathtaking views of coastal cliffs, fishing villages, and winding roads that reveal Oman’s natural beauty at every turn.
Bimmah Sinkhole
After the relaxing and picturesque ride, the trip arrives at the Bimmah Sinkhole, a stunning natural limestone crater filled with turquoise water.Travelers can admire the dramatic limestone crater, take photos of its turquoise waters, and, for those who wish, enjoy a refreshing swim in the natural pool. The surrounding park area is ideal for a short stroll, relaxing under the shade, and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere before continuing the journey.
Wadi Shab
As the journey continues along the coastal road, travelers may spot the graceful Arabian Gazelle roaming the rugged landscapes—a special glimpse of Oman’s wildlife in its natural habitat. The drive itself offers stunning views of the sea on one side and mountains on the other. Upon arrival at Wadi Shab, travelers will embark on a short boat ride to cross the stream before starting an unforgettable hike through a canyon of towering cliffs, lush palms, and flowing streams. Along the way, they’ll pass by small waterfalls and crystal-clear pools, perfect for cooling off with a swim. The highlight of the adventure is reaching a hidden cave with a waterfall inside—one of Oman’s most magical natural wonders.
Tiwi
After the adventure at Wadi Shab, travelers will enjoy a delicious meal at a local restaurant, savoring authentic Omani flavors. Following lunch, the group will head to the hotel in Tiwi village, where guests can check in and take some time to relax by the sea or rest in their rooms. As night falls, we will gather again and head out together to enjoy a traditional dinner, offering the chance to share stories from the day and experience the warm hospitality of coastal Oman.

Tiwi beach
The morning starts with an exciting fishing tour along the Tiwi coastline. Travelers will be provided with all the necessary fishing equipment and guided by local experts on traditional and modern fishing techniques. On board, guests will be welcomed with Omani coffee and fresh dates, followed by a light breakfast at sea while enjoying the peaceful views of the coastline. As the trip continues, travelers can try their luck at catching fish and may even be greeted by playful dolphins along the way.
Wadi Tiwi
Once back on shore, travelers will enjoy a fresh lunch with the morning’s catch and other local dishes. In the afternoon, the journey continues with a scenic drive through Wadi Tiwi, known for its dramatic cliffs, traditional villages, and lush plantations of date palms and bananas. The winding road offers plenty of opportunities to admire the beauty of this hidden valley.
Muscat
After exploring Wadi Tiwi, we begin the drive back to Muscat, arriving in the evening with wonderful memories of Oman’s coastline, wadis, and warm hospitality.

5.00This trip offering was exceptional. Wadi Shab was an escorted tour by Said, who looked after our safety and enjoyment with an A+ service. The additional fishing trip was another request Said was happy to accommodate and WOW ! Just WOW!!..how he delivered 👊. Amazing fishing , in all his secret spots, with a very knowledgeable local guide. This trip is probably one of my Top Five memories ever ! My wife and I have no hesitation in recommending Said and his business...a thoroughly enjoyable and professional experience.

5.00Just perfect! Said speaks perfect English. He is very friendly while being an excellent fishing teacher! We were with family, said adapted and the kids loved it. After fishing, we went to Wadi Tiwi with him. Impressive road and perfect accompaniment of Said. Don't hesitate: go ahead!

5.00My family and I asked our host at Alsmukh Guest House in Tiwi for a reference to a fishing guide. Luckily he referred us to Said, a friend, who took us fishing for 5 hours in a traditional fishing boat from Tiwi harbor. We were two adults and two kids. We had a great time catching all kinds of fish (and a squid) and we saw a ton of dolphins as well. Said brought a large umbrella to screen from the sun plus some Arabian coffee and dates. There were plush pillows and blankets to sit on. Said brought live bait as well as lures, so no problem there. We brought our own fishing rod, as Said fish by hand. Said is good with kids so don’t hesitate to bring those (ours were 5 and 6 y.o.).

5.00It was a fantastic experience- loved this trip! Said is an amazing local Omani guide, he is very knowledgeable, caring, humorous and helpful. The car journey with him wasn't boring at all, rather, lots of great conversations from local culture, food to region, and social media etc. You can't find anyone better than him! He also has good taste on music playlists! Loved the activities and local cuisines! Most importantly- the people we met on this trip are all friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend this trip, and Said as your trustworthy guide! 5 stars!

5.00We had a beautiful time with Said . He took care of us and show us his village TIWI . He knew all the details of wad Shab and Tiwi in general. We caught some fish 🐟in this boat and taught us how to catch fish with different techniques. We highly recommend any one who love adventure and fishing to book this trip. Thank you
