Radomire

The trip will take up to 3.5 hours drive toward Radomira village in Northwest Albania, part of the region of Peshkopi. Just 187 km from Tirana, Radomira is the closest village to the trail of this destination, Korabi peak. Eventual stop for a coffee break. The accommodation will be arranged in small guesthouses that local people have adapted for tourism purposes. Rooms with bathroom included and shared spaces where you can experience a local and traditional welcoming. In the afternoon, after lunch, you will have the possibility to explore the area under the guidance of our guide, which will try to show you how these people use to live and spend their days. Or, walk to any of the close attractions like the Black Lake. Dinner at the guesthouse.

After an early breakfast in the guesthouse, we will hike toward the Mount of Korab, which is one of the four highest peaks of Balkans. The trail is of 16.5 km on a round trip base that usually requires approximately 8 hours of hiking through the woods and pastures. Elevation around 1500 m. During this hike, you will explore another world. You will explore a world of fairy-tales, a world of shepherds who stay on the up valleys for more than four months with their livestock, refresh on natural springs, and get amazed by the stunning sceneries. You may visit shepherd's cottages, try home-made cheese, and anything else they must offer. You can consume your lunch box at this point called Fusha e Korabit. On the return from the hiking, after reaching Radomira, we will drive back to Tirana in around 3.5 hours drive. We are arriving in Tirana in the evening. End of our service.
