Central Market (Mercado Central)

you will begin the day at the Central Market, the best way to begin to discover a city is by its food, not just eating but shopping, discovering the markets, you will pass walking by central market and la vega central to by the ingredients for lunch. At 11am will begin your cooking class at Barrio Italia and then lunch. After lunch we will do a city tour to discover the history of Santiago to finish overnight at a B&B at Curacavi valley to enjoy the quietness of nature after the buzy day

La Vega Central

Here you will discover the fresh and local products of the city and the new ingredients introduced by inmigrants. By the food you discover people.

Barrio Italia

Here you will have the cooking class, you will learn how to prepare a "pisco sour" Chilean national drink, how to cook "Chilean empanadas" and other local food. After the cooking class you will have your lunch that consist in pisco sour, apetizer, main course, desert and wine

Bellavista

After lunch, you will arrive by car to Bellavista district and will stop to have walk in this bohemian district, you will see the hidden restaurants, colorful streets and mural. Here is one of the museum houses of Pablo Neruda. optional visit to the museum. ticket not included.

Parque Metropolitano De Santiago

after the visit to Bellavista district by car you will drive up to San Cristobal hill to have a view of the city from different points and in almost 360 degrees.

Plaza de Armas

Here you will see the Cathedral of Santiago and the main buildings that surround the square and leand and discover the history behind the buildings

La Moneda

La Moneda is Chilean government Palace, you will learn about the political behaviour of Chile.

Museo Palacio Cousino

You will pass driving through this neighborhood that in the past was the most elegant residential area of Santiago and discover the "old Santiago"

You will begin the day visiting the cellar that belongs to the winemaker that discovered Casablanca as a great terroir for wine production.

Kingston Family Vineyards

In this cellar you will have the best view of the valley and the traditional wine of Casablanca, sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, pinot noir and syrah

Historic Quarter of the Seaport City of Valparaiso

after visiting the two wineries we will drive in direction to Valparaiso to enjoy its colorful streets, murals, architecture, history and much more, is a city to be discovered. Return to Santiago or drop off at Valparaiso, depending on your itinerary.
