3.00The information provided on the tour was remarkable and it was a minute by minute explanation of what was happening. You felt like you were right there and you could see it…absolutely could visualize it. The tour guide put you right at the battles with his knowledge, description and inflected voice. The negative of the experience was the bus arrived 15 minutes late and then we had to go and pick up another group of passengers….presumably late for them as well. Granted it was February and there was snow on the ground but the bus did not stop for us to walk around as indicated in their tour description even though I had been out walking on the battlefields earlier on my own. The bus did stop, however, so that we could change drivers. We arrived back exactly 2 hrs from when our pick up time should have been…no extra time added for the delay. I paid for a 2 hr tour and certainly did not get one.

5.00Very interesting & informative tour! Plenty of stops to get out & explore the monuments on the battlefield. Comfortable & clean bus driven by our experienced driver Cheryl. Our tour guide, Jess has abundant knowledge & happily shared it with us. The tour lasted just over 2 hours, approximately $40 per ticket.

2.00Guide was 8 minutes late for the start. Said zero until we met another group 15 minutes later then was knowledgable but no zest or humor or sense of excitement of fun. Driver was the slowest driver I have ever encountered. Altogether okay I guess but certainly not fun and I resented guide coming late when we were all told to be at the bus stop 30 minutes early.
