5.00Ahmed is a great guide. He knows a lot about Gion. He showed us the geisha district. He also took us to Yasaka Shrine. He walked at our pace. He speaks good English. He answered all our questions. We had a fun time. We highly recommend him.

5.00First, we booked this tour for morning but our guide Sakai suggested to change to PM time, which proved to be true. Sakai was an incredibly engaging guide. His deep knowledge of geisha culture and Kabuki theater made our walk through the historic streets thoroughly enjoyable and insightful. We ended the tour in Pontocho alley where we had our dinner. I give him my highest recommendation.

5.00Ahmed is a very lovely and knowledgeable guide who made our walk through Gion truly memorable. He shared fascinating insights into the history of geisha, their homes and places where they work. We also learned about Kabuki theater in Kyoto and its connection to the entertainment districts. Highly recommended.

5.00Hira was an amazing guide! Right from the start, he made us feel like friends, not just tourists. He took us to beautiful places he truly loves, like Kinkaku-ji (the Golden) and Nijo Castle. His passion for Kyoto was clear in every story, and he made us fall in love with the city, too. It was a day we will never forget

5.00We had a great time on the 2 hours tour in Gion with our guide Suzuki. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the history and culture of the geisha district, pointing out fascinating details we would never have noticed on our own. We were also lucky to spot few around Hanamikoji street.
