From the Information Centre, you will go to the Mont by free shuttle or on foot, depending on your choice. Your guided and told tour will last two hours through the cobbled streets of the village to the foot of the abbey. You will then know all the secrets of this unique site: the tides, the dam, the bay ecosystem, the entire history of the Mount, from its construction to today, its legends with an experienced guide who will make you love this place and will amuse you with funny and exciting anecdotes. 3.00This tour only provides a tour of Mont Saint Michel, not the Abby. They provided a ticket for the Abby but not a tour of it. Much time was spent getting from the meeting area to the Mont. The tour was fine for what it was but not what we expected from the description

5.00Our guide Honore gave us a good (and entertaining) history of Mont Saint-Michel. Without Honore’s expertise, we would have overlooked some very important aspects of the abbey and surrounding buildings.

3.00Booking for the visit of the abbey, meeting at 2:30 p.m., we were present on the terrace at 2:25 p.m., and 2:30 p.m. evacuation of everyone back down the stairs no explanations given during the descent, in people go up, no person from the site to orient us, fortunately it was only an exercise so go up all the stairs meeting on the terrace, some people from the site tell us that the visits are canceled but others tell us that no brief a complete debacle, after several minutes we still had our visit, to conclude I think the evacuation exercises are to be reviewed by professionals quickly. I recommend the guided tour, thanks to Christophe our guide.

5.00Our guide, Alice, gave a lively and informative tour. I appreciated seeing parts of Mont Saint Michel that I likely never would have noticed on my own. We learned a lot about the history of the Mont and area. Alice brought a fun energy to the tour. Would definitely recommend this tour!

5.00This was one of the best walking tours I have ever been on. It was a wonderful mixture of historical facts and myths and lore. Our guide was wonderful and we made frequent stops along our walk to take in the beauty and learn a bit about the buildings and architecture. We learned so much.

5.00Alice, our guide was well versed in English and gave us a great history viewpoint of Mont Daint Michel. Highly recommended tour. Just note,,, this tour stops at the beginning of the Abby do order an Abby tour on top of this fantastic experience!
