Our guide Caolan Maher was very attentive to answering questions and sharing information. It's hard to fit so much history into 2 hours - this was a great introduction.

This was a very informative tour of Ireland’s history. Our guide, Daragh was a knowledgeable and passionate speaker. It was a pleasure to learn from him. This was my first trip to Ireland and honestly I had a very muffled vague understanding of the not so distant conflict. This walk/talk really brought it home.

John was excellent!! He was a fantastic guide, very warm, knowledgeable and funny. Perfect amount of walking to stretch our legs after our flight into Dublin and great way to get oriented for the rest of our stay. He gave us a great recommendation to try near our hotel.

I had the best time! John was an amazing guide. He was so knowledgeable of the city of Dublin and its history. He was kind, answered all our questions, and gave wonderful anecdotes and facts throughout the tour. I learned so much! The tour was about two hours, but we were not walking the whole time. The walk itself was nice, there were several stops throughout to talk about different landmarks. I would highly recommend booking this tour!!

Grace was passionate, insightful, and knowledgeable. She took us back to the medieval Irish history and explained what happened then shaped and transformed Dublin to what it is today. We would definitely go again because there is so much to take in.

Worst tour we’ve ever taken. It was supposed to be a historical WALKING tour. For the first hour of a 2 hour tour, we stood in front of 3 different statues, literally a block away from our meeting spot as Sylvie droned on and on and we stood still in the cold windy morning. We took this tour because friends raved about how fantastic the tour was- obviously with another tour guide.

We spent a thoroughly enjoyable and informative morning with Daragh. He conveyed Ireland's complex recent history clearly and engagingly, and we felt there was lots more he could have shared with us when the tour finally had to draw to a close. We learned loads and would highly recommend this tour to anyone who's interested in understanding even just a little about the country and its people.

Daragh - our guide - was first class. He brought the history to life with wit and clarity. This was a perfect tour to do before looking at the key historical sites such as the GPO in more detail.

Jody was a fabulous guide! He was very enthusiastic and extremely informative! Wish it was longer, but that’s me! Never enough history 😀

I absolutely loved this historical walking tour of Dublin. Our guide, Jody was phenomenal. I learned so much about Ireland’s history, and it was genuinely engaging from start to finish. I find history can be such a fun subject, but it really depends on the delivery and the person telling the story and Jody just nailed it. He’s clearly incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what he does, and that energy made the entire experience come alive. He took us all around Dublin, weaving the city’s landmarks into a compelling story that left me feeling so much more informed about Ireland’s past and culture. My only regret was not having cash on hand to tip him, because he absolutely deserved it. In lieu of that, I want to leave this glowing five-star review. I highly recommend this tour, and if you’re lucky enough to get Jody as your guide, you’re in for an unforgettable experience.
