  If you are looking for the absolute best dolphin experience in the area, look no further than Flippin' Awesome Adventures. This wasn't just a tour; it was easily the best experience I’ve ever had on the water! We booked this trip for my son’s birthday, and Captain Chris made the day truly unforgettable. He was so inclusive and went above and beyond to make sure my son felt special and involved the entire time. You can tell immediately that Chris is incredibly experienced and truly knows what he’s doing. His knowledge of sea life is impressive, and he was so patient and informative as he taught us about the local ecosystem. We were lucky enough to see a ton of dolphins and even a sea turtle! Captain Chris has a genuine passion for these creatures, and his expertise made the trip feel safe, educational, and exciting all at once. I cannot recommend him enough—if you want a captain who is professional, knowledgeable, and knows exactly how to create a magical experience for a family, book with Chris.   Fantastic day with Captain Sierra. I can’t say enough on how great the day was. Learned so much about aquatic life and some history about Shell Island. We really enjoyed the whole experience of learning and then docking at shell island. I would 100% recommend this trip and 100% recommend Captain Sierra

  It was a lot of 'firsts' for our group—first time on a boat and first time snorkeling—and Captain Sierra made us all feel incredibly safe and comfortable. We saw dolphins, sea stars, sea urchins, and hermit crabs! Sierra also shared some fascinating marine facts that we loved. 10/10 would do this again and again!

  Very laid back tour. Chris was able to identify and explain everything we found, shells, fossils and shark teeth. Chris knows his stuff. The boat might be little but this tour has big deck energy. P.S THE BABY DOLPHINS NAME IS EINHORN

  I am in PCB visiting my kids and my son has been talking up captain Chris for months and I could hardly wait to take his tour!!! It DID NOT disappoint ❤️ Chris was so knowledgeable about all the creatures of the gulf, we learned so much! We got to see a sea turtle, lightning whelk (huge snail), star fish, sea urchins, sting ray, clam, the bright blue eyes of a scallop and of course a huge pod of dolphin! Just simply amazing! A huge thing that stood out to me as well was the respect Captain Chris had with other vessels on the water. We had several boats approach us that allowed other people to also gain his knowledge and even if they didn't approach our boat many kind words were traded. To have someone in charge of your trip who seems to be so highly respected by piers says A LOT! I was very glad that we were lucky enough to have him as our captain 💙 would 1,000% recommend Flippin Awesome whether you are a tourist like myself or have lived on the gulf your whole life. • Awesome adventure

  Went on this adventure with my daughter and granddaughters who were visiting from Delaware. Absolute hit with everyone! Capt Chris was terrific. Very welcoming and engaging with the kids. He went underwater and brought a number of critters including a Sea Horse. Took the time to explain what he caught before putting back in the water. Enjoyed the snorkeling with my granddaughter and the time on Shell Island, including walking to the Gulf side. All up a great trip which we highly recommend!

  I cannot recommend Captain Chris enough. We had an amazing time. We brought our 2.5 and 3.5 year olds and they loved every minute. We saw dolphins right away and they put on quite a show! Captain Chris dove in and showed us different crabs, sea urchins, and giant snails—teaching us all about each one. Captain Chris fantastic with the kids and made it a trip to remember. Highly recommend!

  We got tons of photos, got to see everything we expected and a bunch of really cool things we didn't even know we wanted to see until we saw them and he patiently answered every single question all 6 of us asked!!!! This is definitely the tour you wanna take no matter who you're traveling with!!!

  If you're looking for an awesome, fun and interactive adventure, look no further! Captain Chris was very knowledgeable about everything and made the whole experience interesting! We learned about star fish, sea urchins, shells, moon snails, and much more! We booked the 2 hour boat ride and there were 4 of us. I highly recommend booking for as long as you can, we will be booking the 4 hour tour next year. Can't wait to go back and hang with Chris again!
