The Primate’s Palace is one of the most beautiful classicist buildings in Slovakia. Atop the tympanum is the coat of arms of Cardinal Jozef Batthyányi, the first occupant of the palace; an iron model of his hat, weighing 150kg, crowns the building.

Guide was very knowledgable and good at communicating the history and culture of the town. She also gave us useful recommendations on restaurants and bars. Can recommend as a helpful introduction to Bratislava.

Amazing tour guide Nicole who was very patient when we went to the wrong meeting point! We were the only ones on the tour that morning so it was like a private tour and we felt really comfortable with Nicole chatting and she was so knowledgeable about the history of Bratislava. She pointed out places that we definitely would have missed ourselves. Highly recommend this tour and Nicole as a guide!

Great Sightseeing Tour of the old city. our guide, Nicole, was wonderful, spoke perfect English, knew about history of the city, recommended places to eat, drink and find good ice cream. I enjoyed the tour very much. Highly recommend!

What to look for to find your guide is not prominently mentioned in the Viator write-up, so know that you are seeking out the plaza in front of McDonald's and looking for a guide with a Tripito sign. I could ding this tour a few points for that little piece being more challenging than it should be, but for the price paid this tour was well worth it. You get to walk around, learn a little history, get some first-person background on the restaurants and sights that are there to see. So, we arrived on the train and within 20 minutes we were able to drop our belongings at the hotel and get this tour so it was precision timing to get a sense of the town we were visiting!
