Perfect for families and younger children to get their feet wet in the world of whitewater rafting with a slightly slower pace, though a couple fun rapids you go through keep excitement up. All this while in prime viewing area for some of Colorado's best scenery!

On our Family Rafting Adventure there are always opportunities to view some of Colorado’s wildlife. Common sightings along the river include deer, beaver, otter, eagle, osprey, waterfowl, and much more. Dry bags are available for purchase in our store, so you will have the opportunity to bring along a camera and capture photos of beautiful scenery and lasting memories.

Mike was an amazing guide and took us down an amazing stretch of river. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. You will get wet so leave anything you don’t want wet back at the car. Unplug a little and live in the moment for 2 hours with Glenwood Adventure Company.

OMG! This company is WONDERFUL! Michael was our guide, and he was great. he was very knowledgeable about Colorado and awesome personality. I would recommend this company. This was my first time tO ever do white water rapids. ALL THE EMPLOYESS WERTE SUPER NICE.

Great introduction to rafting for first timers. Beautiful scenery and our guide Shane was awesome. My son finished the day wanting to go again and ready to do bigger rapids.

It was so much fun. The trip was outstanding. We had some real nice drops in the water and some twisting around and our guy just knows so much about the area. It’s absolutely verse doing this adventure.

You will get wet and the 2-21/2 hours is in the river so you need to take into account a safety talk, getting fitted for your life jacket, travel time to and from the drop off and unloading and loading the rafts. Allow at least 3 hours. But it is a great 3 hours!!!
