  Omg amazing! The tour guide was outstanding. He knew exactly where to go to find the turtles, he fed them to make sure they came up to us. He took us to the shipwreck where there were hundreds of fish. He also fed them so that they came right to us. This was an amazing excursion. The guide was so friendly. Fixed us a coke, helped us fitting our life vests. I just can't say enough about him and the service we were provided. Highly recommend.

  Ramon met us at the meeting point and kept us informed. Trip was slightly delayed as we were waiting on others that had been stuck in traffic, but they added time on the end. We got to see one turtle, which was excellent. The ship wreck and all the different fishes in the area was also great. Team of Captain Shawn and Ramon were great and nothing was as rushed despite the delayed set off. Drinks were available on board. Overall a superb morning outing.

  Good tour - left 25 mins late as some guests were confused and thought the tour left from the cruise terminal. Please note: It leaves from Folkestone park, about 15 minutes away, so may need a taxi to get there. We still had over 2 hours on the boat, saw turtles and the barge wreck, and enjoyed a Rum Punch and soft drinks (included). Do take sunscreen :)

  Our cruise was rerouted last minute due to the issues with the government in Venezuela. We booked this excursion last minute and weren’t quite sure what to expect. We were greeted at the meeting point by a very nice tour guide who made us feel welcome. We boarded the boat with several other couples and groups but we had plenty of room to be comfortable. They took us straight to the turtles and fish and we were able to see them for a good amount of time as well as capture some great photos and videos. I suddenly noticed that one of the prescription lenses had popped out of my Oakleys I had Around my neck. I was devastated but Ramón (I think that was his name) saw me come up for air and told me if I could find it he would grab it. I thought to myself I would never see that lens again. I tried to spot it but my vision wasn’t good enough without my prescription. By the time I came up from looking he had already found it and recovered it! He saved the day! We boarded the boat and had some drinks and proceeded to the shipwreck. We spent a good amount of time snorkeling there and got great views of both the ship and the reef. Lots of fish there. Some of the others used the slide and jumped from the top deck for fun. It was a good opportunity to chat with other guests as well and we exchanged video footage as well. Overall it was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend it. Afterwards we went to lunch at a nice place in the water called Zacchios with a gorgeous beach view and some of the best coconut shrimp I have eaten. (That was not part of the tour but just throwing that out there).

  Hello, The tour cannot be evaluated because it did not take place. We drove to the agreed meeting point, there we were told after a long wait by a nice policewoman that the beach is closed today due to too high waves and no snorkeling tours take place here. The policewoman kindly telephoned the organizer. He confirmed that, but we weren't told. So we went back to the port, the taxi driver didn't do it for fun, of course, 50 dollars for nothing. Sorry, but there's no way we're going on a trip with Viator anymore. Other providers are 10 times better. Best regards Ralf Link I had written a review before but it was not published because I wrote my soul off.

  The experience was very new to me and i have a fear of the deep water. The duration was sufficient. And atmosphere was so nice. I froze the first time i got into the water but Ramon assisted me. I kept a star because i didn't see any turtles this time but I'm looking forward to more tours with Horizon.

  This was one of my bucket wishes and I did it Jan 4 th 2026 with my children and friends. It was more than the two hours. Was exciting seeing the ship wreck and the variety of fish. A definite will do again. It was like being a child again. Something that you can do to take off some stress.

  Emmanuel was fantastic, and it just so happened that our group of 3 were the only guests for our timeslot, so it felt like a personal charter! But Emmanuel made the excursion so memorable. And the boat was very clean and comfortable, exactly what we wanted. For the price, you simply can't beat this!
