  It was a beautiful day for snorkeling. Rodwin (our captain) was very nice, and extremely knowledgeable about the area. We saw turtles, large and small, and different species; when snorkeling over the shipwreck, we saw a huge variety of fish (in fact, we were quite literally surrounded by fish). There were only 9 of us on board, so there was plenty of room to spread out. My daughter also enjoyed using the slide.

  We followed the instructions provided to us about the meeting place for the tour and arrived 20 minutes ahead of scheduled meeting time. There was another couple who was also on the same trip, which had been provided the same information. We waited for 45 minutes and no one had turned up. Spoke to a number of locals who said yes, the tour was running late, so wait at the yellow lifeguard tower and someone will collect. We were greeted shortly before 11am and walked to the boat. The trip was very pleasant. However, when the trip came to an end, the captain asked to see how tickets. Upon presentation of the bar code receipt, the captain stated we were not on the right tour, which became a very awkward moment. The situation was defused as the captain took a screenshot of our receipt and said he would follow up and was good enough not to make more of an issue out of the moment. Fair play to the captain for the way he handled the situation. The man on the shore had not checked our tickets before taking us to the boat. The trip was not as sold (no negative views held towards to the captain and his team as they were excellent). The boat and trip was not as sold, so disappointed in what Viator had sold us and the lack of the the right people failing to turn up on time as after 45 minutes, I would consider that a no show to collect us for the trip we had paid for.

  Easy access to Folkstone Marine Park. Great 2-hour trip. Fantastic crew as well. The Slide on the top of the boat was a nice added feature.

  Our booking was rescheduled at the last minute which ended up costing us more as we no longer had the use of our rental car for the rescheduled time and had to take a taxi to the meeting point. And it’s possible that you may not see any turtles. We saw one.

  A great experience whats well worth the money, the kids enjoy every minute of it. Staff members made were very knowledgeable and gave us a great guide.
