5.00I had an amazing tour with Susan. She was super informative and made sure to point out all the best food options for me to try. I tried the stinky tofu, gua bao (my favorite), black pepper bun, spicy crab legs, scallion and egg pancake, taro and pineapple ice cream roll with peanuts and cilantro. The street food is very affordable; I think all of that added up to roughly $35USD. I loved touring the temple with Susan because she taught me so much about the traditions and culture. She also took me to have my fortune read by a bird which was very whimsical and amusing. It costs me 300NT. I highly recommend this tour. Visiting Raohe market is a must-do in Taiwan and having Susan to show you around is delightful.

5.00Doing this tour was a great way to properly experience the market. Richard guided us to all the right spots, and made sure that we came away with the real highlights of local cuisine. He had a lot of humour, and was helpful with navigating the market with our daughter's pram. Definitely worth the money to take this private tour!

5.00A must-do tour especially if you don’t speak or read the language. Jason was terrific guiding us through the night market to delicious stalls, including Michelin star! Highly recommend! Wish we had night markets in the US. Yum!

5.00OMG! You have to take this tour with Susan..she made it so much fun..she took us to a Udon restaurant and made food recommendations because we didn't know what to order..she explained all the different foods and we laughed at some of the stuff that people eat..take this tour!

5.00It was great to have someone who was familiar with the traditional foods. Our guide, Ivy, was amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to like and talk to. She made the experience one to remember. One of our favorite tours in Taiwan.

5.00My family of 5 did the night market tour with our guide May Ei. She was absolutely fantastic. So much positive energy and super helpful. The market was busy but May Ei made us feel relaxed and happy. She chose a selection of great foods for us to try. It was great having someone narrow down all the options and find dishes that we might not have known about. She was responsive to our desires and not too pushy. She also helped us find a table to sit down at and found us water to drink. Very helpful and caring. After we couldn’t fit any more food in, May also gave us a very informative and passionate tour of the temple close by the market and explained its cultural significance and history- highly recommend this part of the tour as well. Also recommend coming to the tour feeling very hungry- there are so many amazing dishes to try. A great experience. Thank you May Ei.

5.00We really enjoyed our night market tour in Raohe with Ivy, who welcomed us so warmly to Taiwan and introduced us to so many delicious dishes that we wouldn’t have been sure about by ourselves. Highly recommend! It was also so interesting to learn things about Taiwanese culture along the way, talking to Ivy. The market has a lot to offer, so come on an empty stomach.
