Are you a certified diver and like to do some guided dives at Curacao? Then this is the right package for you! We offer two dives at two different dive sites. For the half-day tour, we offer a few dive sites. All these dive sites have their own unique qualities. Jan Thiel Bay is our beautiful house reef with a gorgeous plateau. Director’s Bay offers a beautiful wall drop full of colorful corals. Tugboat is a dive site with a small wreck and a beautiful overgrown pier. La palapa is known for its many turtles. Last but not least is Marie Pampoen, here you will find a nice reef with the best know car pile of the island. Remains of a big crane and some trucks can be seen here. We would love to show you around these dive sights.
At our dive center we take pride in our ability to provide you with the best underwater experience possible. Our certified and knowledgeable instructors will provide you with information about our reef, and all the marine life that you spot on your dive.

If you choose for a 2-tank diving experience we will gather at our dive shop at 8:30 am. At the shop we will prepare our equipment and get ready for the first dive. After our first dive we will have a snack during our surface interval. Next we will get into our van, and head to the second dive site of choice. After these two fun dives we will be back at the dive shop at around 1:00 pm. For the dives itself you can expect lots of colorful coral and marine life.

5.00We went out for two dives with a group of 5 plus our guide, who’s the shop manager. He was friendly, calm, knowledgeable, and genuinely looked out for everyone and everything. He pointed out so many cool creatures and handled every situation with a relaxed, professional attitude. Just the kind of guide you want underwater. The gear and dive center are well maintained. When I needed to swap my BCD for a smaller size last minute, it was sorted without any stress at all. Their maximum group size of six really makes a difference. If you haven’t dived in a while, feel a bit nervous, or just want a more personal experience, this is the place to go. Highly recommend! 💙

5.00This was a set of two shore dives offered by Dive Center Scuba Do in Jan Thiel, Curacao that lasted about 4.5 hours. There were two dive guides along with five participants, which made for a close-knit group and lots of individual attention. The guides were excellent, friendly while also being professional --- very helpful with equipment set up, reviewing the underwater signs, and providing an overview of the upcoming dives. Both dives were high quality. The first was right offshore of the dive center and explored along and across a reef from the bay side to the seaward side. It was a good shallow dive to start (up to 12 meters) for those who haven't gone diving in a while and need a little warm-up. The second dive involved van transport to Director's Bay, where the dive went to about 17 meters along a wall of coral in very good condition. There was little current to manage, so the dives were rather relaxing. The most difficult part of the two dives was the walking with full gear, especially on the second dive where cement steps led down to a shore with rounded coral fragments. All equipment was in good to great condition. The boots that were provided were a little thin for walking on the coral fragments at the second site. If you have your own boots with a stiff bottom, I recommend bringing them along for the walking to the shore and into the water. Overall, I highly recommend this dive group and experience, especially for beginner divers but also for more experienced divers who want to get into the water on a great reef.

5.00Excellent! I did my two dives with Kimberly and the group at their house reef, Jan Thiel, followed by Directors Bay. I was so impressed I was able to, and decided to do one more dive with Kimberly!!! She showed my the impressive La Palapa site, with so many magnificent sea turtles. I can’t wait to come back again!

5.00I had an amazing diving experience! The first dive at the house reef was already beautiful, but the dives at Directors Bay and La Palapa were absolutely unforgettable. During our dive at La Palapa we spotted 12 large sea turtles and even a spotted eagle ray, truly amazing! A big thank you to my guide Kimberley (Moana 😉) for making the dives so enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommended!

5.00Seline was a great guide and made my experience worry free. Jan Thiel was a great dive with lots of color and beautiful outcrops, likewise Directorsbay was nice and provided the feel of a wall without the depth. Logistics for pickup and drop off was perfect and the pickup was a very short walk from the port. Highly recommended!!!

5.00Finished my Advanced Open Water here. MJ was an awesome teacher and really pushed me on the navigation dive. Then we did a very cinematic dive together in the canyons and cliffs near the Tugboat site. Awesome, MJ was top class. I’ll go again!
Carnival Vista Cruise Port

5.00Sam picked me up at my cruise port at a local Starbucks. It was about a two minute walk from the port exit/entrance. We then traveled about 15 minutes to the dive shop. The dive shop was clean and well organized. It had clean bathroom facilities and a shower. Sam was also the dive instructor/leader. We went on two shore dives. There were three total divers in the group including Sam. We spent about 45 minutes on the first dive, which was right at the dive shop. We then proceeded to take a van to another site which we spent an additional 45 minutes in the water. It was a nice wall dive. After we cleaned up, Sam and a coworker took me back to the cruise port in plenty of time. I would highly recommend this dive shop. It was a nice relaxing time. I also enjoyed seeing some of the local sites traveling to and from the dive shop.
