  The tour had some beautiful stops, but our experience with the guide was disappointing. He gave us several lunch options and recommended a restaurant with chicken tenders, which worked well since we were traveling with two kids. However, the restaurant was a bit of a walk in the snow and the food needed time to be prepared, so the 45 minutes given for lunch and using the washroom was tight. We did end up returning about 20 minutes late, and while I understand the importance of staying on schedule, the guide got out of the van and yelled at us and repeatedly said we were not respecting his time. I completely understand addressing the delay, but the way it was handled felt rude and unprofessional. Throughout the tour he also made several negative comments, such as complaining about people not knowing how to use crosswalks. Despite the delay, we still returned to Calgary on time. Overall, the experience ended up feeling more stressful than enjoyable.

  We had a great time during the tour. Andy, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable about the area and had a lot of fun and interesting stories about the places we went. He was also very helpful and attentive with everyone’s needs and questions.

  What a fun excursion! We saw so many different things in one day, starting the morning with a hike to see a frozen waterfall at Johnston Canyon. Then off to gorgeous Lake Louise, Emerald Lake, Natural Bridge and finally Bow Falls and Banff. Samuel, our driver and tour guide, was great and shared lots of information about the area. It was so nice to be able to sit back and enjoy the scenery and not worry about driving over snow covered roads and finding all the destinations. If you want a taste of quite a few attractions in one day, this is definitely a tour you will enjoy!

  Great tour and guide was fun. His name was Sammy and we really had a nice time. Some tours are extremely long and by the end of it you are ready for it to be over, this tour was a nice amount of time without being too long. We did the pick up in Banff, so if you are doing Calgary you need to add on an extra 1.5 hours to each end of the trip time.

  We had an incredible time on our tour thanks to Sammy! He was an exceptional driver: professional, safe, and a wealth of knowledge. He kept us entertained throughout the journey with useful historical insights and fun facts that really added depth to the scenery. Whenever I visit a new place, I always try to eat like a local, so I truly appreciated his recommendations. I tried the bison pie in Lake Louise and an elk hamburger in Banff; both were delicious! The car was in great condition and very comfortable. All the tour stops were well-timed and beautiful. My only minor wish is that our final stop in Banff could have been an hour or so longer to allow for more exploration, and we wouldn't have minded getting home a bit later. However, I understand the safety concerns and that some passengers might get tired. We tipped at the end, which was highly deserved! My friends and I greatly enjoyed this tour. It would be perfect for solo travelers, too! I highly recommend booking this tour.

  Best trip I’ve had so far. Even in winter, it was still incredibly memorable. The only downside was the windows frosting over from the cold, not a fault, just a consequence of the weather. Aside from that, everything went smoothly and the experience was seamless.

  

  

  

  

  

• Lake Louise Tour

  We had a brilliant time during this tour, we went in January and everywhere was white. Ivan was a brilliant tour guide and had lots of info about the history of things. Only downside is that we weren’t able to go to Johnston Canyon, we went to Marble Canyon instead.

  Very nice experience, reasonable fee, extremely pleasant driver and guide, and a nice size small group. I would recommend this one-day tour to anyone wanting to see the highlights of the Southern Canadian Rockies

  A relaxing way to see a lot of this area in one day no stress just taking it all in. Our driver/tour guide Sammy was amazing friendly extremely knowledgeable and great sense of humour. A 10 out of 10 day.

  Travel was good. All that we have to see in your - we saw. The bus was simple but 69$ is the cheapest tour that we find. So best variant for this money!!!!!!
