5.00We had a fantastic time on this tour and really enjoyed our guide, Jackson. He gives you a lot of interesting information and insight into the area, but you are free to explore each stop on your own and at your own pace. Highly recommend for first time visitors who want to see the area highlights without stressing about the drive or parking.

5.00We had the most wonderful time on this tour. Ivan was a wonderful tour guide...kind, informative, and very caring. There was a gentleman with mobility issues on the trip and he always ensured he could get the most out of each stop. The van was clean and comfortable even though it was full (14 people including the driver). It was an overcast and sometimes rainy morning, but all of the sites were still beautiful to see. It dried up for our visit to Johnston Canyon and the sun even came out, which was lovely! You see all the go-to sites on this tour. Since they are touristy places, they were all quite busy. I couldn't imagine going during peak season, as we were there in what was considered a "shoulder" season and it was still quite busy. However, still worth it to see all of these natural wonders! We actually ended up taking our tour a day later than expected. The day before our scheduled tour, we got a message from the tour company because one of their vehicles had broken down, and they weren't sure it would be fixed by the next day (the message came on a Sunday). They asked if we would be available on the day after, because that would ensure the trip would run smoothly. It worked with our schedule, so we said yes, and all went very well. I was grateful they gave us 24 hours notice so we could plan ahead. Unfortunately, the weather was perfect on the first day, and rainy on the second, but it is what it is. We still had a wonderful time, and the tour company had no control over the weather. I would definitely book with Banff togo again in the future.

5.00Tour stops.at many beautiful areas. Tour guide Ivan was wonderful! Drive is divided between stops, so it doesn't seem as long

5.00Sammy was our driver/tour guide. He gave us tips on how best to see each destination. He was so funny telling us stories on the way to each stop. He is full of knowledge and tells it in such an entertaining way. Thank you Sammy. Keep being you. 😊
