  Our tour with Tuanis Tour in Tortuguero was an absolute highlight of our trip. We were particularly impressed by the perfect combination of canoeing, day walking and night walking – each activity had its own charm and was organized excellently. The canoe tour in the morning was quiet and intense at the same time. Gliding silently through the canals while watching monkeys, birds and even caimans up close is an unforgettable experience. Our guide was extremely competent, showed a trained eye and explained many exciting details about the flora and fauna. The day walk through the national park was also very informative. You immediately notice that people work here with passion. We have discovered many animals that we would surely have overlooked on our own, while learning a lot about the rainforest ecosystem. The absolute highlight, however, was the Night Walk. After dark, the jungle comes to life in a completely different way. Equipped with flashlights, we have seen frogs, insects, spiders and other nocturnal animals – a fascinating and slightly adventurous experience. A special thanks goes to our guide Andy – he was just great! Super friendly, extremely competent and with a lot of passion. He made every tour even more exciting and personal. Overall, the organization was professional, the guides friendly and dedicated, and the value for money very good.   Beautiful experience, daniel introduced us to the night walk and at dawn by canoe we strolled along the river, saw a lot of animals in their habitat and explained in great detail and respect each of them. Andy also walked us around the park in the afternoon. We thank both guides who made each experience unique and unforgettable. Attached few photos because it was all video! We saw at least 20 species.   Super recommend doing all tours, night, canoe and hike, all with guide! The truth is that Daniel, our guide on 2 tours made our experience extraordinary, his kindness, his willingness to answer questions and his good vibe made our trip to Costa Rica unforgettable. Moreover, Andy, who accompanied us on a tour was an excellent guide too! Thank you, we very much enjoyed your company.   The tours were amazing ! Very nice staff, and special thanks to Daniel for arranging everything for me, even coming and leaving Tortuguero. His smile and positivity were great. Definitely recommend !

  Three tours, 2 guides: both highly skilled, and with a keen eye. Daniel had a telescope with tripod, his iPhone photos were airdropped. Some tip: give Andy a tripod for the nightwalk too.

  First thank you to the Beachfront turtle hotel. Unknown we asked them for advice and they contacted us. And they've guided us through everything. From receiving us in Tortuguero and accompanying us to the Hotel, as in your work on the 3 excursions. The person who was with us was Andy.   Good experience, both with our stay at Tuanis Guest House and during the activities. Very friendly received by Jorge and Luís, arrange everything to get to Tortuguero and back to your next destination, neat stay and super friendly guide Daniel during the activities from which we learned a lot.   We went with 9 friends and loved the experience in Tortuguero. We took 3 activities: a daytime boat tour, a night hike and a turtle hill excursion. In all of them we could see different animals such as howler monkeys, basilisks, iguanas, red-eyed frogs, some alligators and a couple of sloth bears, as well as a great variety of insects and incredible vegetation. The views from the top of the hill were beautiful. All this could have been possible thanks to Andy who was a magnificent guide. He explained everything in great detail, he offered us very curious data about the area and its fauna. He was very friendly and friendly throughout and even had some refreshments with us. I would definitely repeat and recommend it to all groups going to Tortuguero. Pleasure Andy! I'll see some otters another time hahahahaha PURA VIDA
