Murchison Falls National Park

You will start your journey to Murchison falls national park, after an early breakfast, and this is quite a long distance. This Park is famously known for having the most powerful waterfall in the world, where the longest river in the world squeezes through a 7-meter gap and then drops down 45 meters and with a lot of wildlife like giraffes, hippos, elephants, and many others. Very early in the morning, you go for a game safari and you will be able to see a lot of wildlife like Elephants, Giraffes, Buffaloes, Uganda Kobs, Bushbucks, and Jacksons Hartebeests, Oribi, waterbucks and warthogs to mention but a few. After the game safari, come back to the hotel, have something to eat while getting ready for an afternoon boat safari this gives you an opportunity to see water-associated birds like the shoebill stork, goliath heron, grey crowned crane, Abyssinian ground hornbill, black-headed lapwing, and Senegal thick-knee.

Rhino Fund Uganda

You will wake up very early after breakfast set off at 6.30 am for a sunrise game drive in the Nyamsika plateau to see the Cape buffaloes, Rothschild’s giraffes, Uganda kob, hartebeest and waterbucks. You may also spot oribi, bushbuck, Bohor reedbuck, shy sitatunga, bush duiker, warthog and bush pig plus large carnivores including lions, leopards and spotted hyenas. Chimpanzees and olive baboons head the list of six species of primates found in the park. Crocodiles and hippos will be seen along the banks of the Nile. Some of the more common birds that can be seen include goliath heron, Egyptian geese, pelican, bee-eaters, kingfishers, hornbill, cormorant, saddle-bill stork and the rare shoebill stork. After you will transfer to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, You will have your early lunch then have a briefing from the ranger you trek the sanctuary for close to two hours. Afterwards, transfer back to Kampala or Entebbe
