Departure at 8:30 am from Marrakech to Ouarzazate, gateway to the Deep South, crossing the mountains of the High Atlas by the Tizin-Tichka (2260 m) which we offer extraordinary landscapes, and Berber Villages. stop for photos ,tea or coffee break
Ait Ben Haddou
continue driving in the mountains Before the entrance to Ouarzazate we will enjoy a visit to a famous Kasbah, one of Ait Benhaddou, classified by UNESCO as world heritage, a beautiful location for filming of major movies. where you will take your lunch in a nice restaurant with the view to the Kasbah .
then we will continuous our way to the city of Ouarzazat,and stop for few pictures from outside for the Kasbah of Taourirt which is the old part of the city as well.

drive from the Kasbah to the Oasis and guest house where you spend the first night of the tour

After breakfast start the journey driving along the valley of roses with stop to see cosmetics locally made from the valley’s abundant roses (if our guests interest about it). Destination Merzouga by visiting valley of the thousand Kasbahs, Tinghir visit of the local plam and, Todra Gorges, then we drive trough Rissani, , Erfoud, and Tafilalte oasis, to attain Merzouga. 1h and half of camels rid to reach the Camp and to admire the sunset over the huge sand dunes of erg Chebbi,we will spend in a traditional nomad tent, perhaps with amazing Berber music show while watching the start and the rising moon in the wonderful Sahara.

5.00Good and safe driver, e.g. while driving through Atlas mountains in snowy conditions. Both places where we stayed were good with private bathrooms and heating. But nights are cold during winter so bring warm clothes. It is a quite long drive, so in hindsight two nights in desert would have allowed for more things to do there. Did not feel pushed to buy stuff or give reviews.

5.00We had an unforgettable three-day tour through Marocco with our Guide and driver LARBI! He was exceptionally professional, reliable and Kind throughout the entire Trip. Larbi shared his extensiv knowledge of the Country, guided us safely over the Tizi-n-Tichka pass, through The Valley of Ounila, Aint-Ben-Haddou, the Kasbah of Telouet, and into the Dades Valley and Dades Gorge. He also arranged a wonderful accomondation for us and perfectly coordinated our Kamel trek into the Sahara. Thanks to this thoughtful planning, we felt completley comfortablel, well cared for and abel to enjoy every Moment! 5.00After a one day trip to the Agafay desert and the Atlas mountains which was also a good experience we did a 3 day private tour to the Sahara desert and we greatly enjoyed every bit of it. Our guide and driver, Larbi was a very kind and reliable person with good English who knows his profession very well. He knows the region very thoroughly, so he could make us suggestions where to stop, what to see and what to avoid. During our travel with his very comfortable car we took special care of us, he even organized a surprise birthday celebration (I had my 50th birthday a few days before) with the very kind staff of the desert Camp. During our journey he shared with us many interesting information about the region and the Berber and Muslim culture and beside that we also found out what the Berber Whisky, the Berber Camel or the Berber Mercedes mean. After the visit to Ait Ben Haddou and Skoura he organized us a very authentic accomodation on the first day in the Daades Valley which was nice and comfortable and the staff was also very helpfull. On the second day of the tour after seeing more fantastic places. the ride with the camels through the sand dunes was also great, watching the sunset among the dunes is a very special experience. The desert camp was also nice and comfortable, we had our own private tent with bathroom. The staff in the camp was also very helpful, they even helped us with an earlier check-out and transport back through the desert, because we needed to catch our flight in Marrakech (almost 700 kms from the camp) in the late afternoon, but in the meantime they did not let us miss the sunrise during our way back through the dunes. After that Larbi managed to deliver us to the airport smoothly and in due time. So the 3 day private trip to the desert was a great and memorable experience for me and my wife! Thank you!

5.00We booked a tour in the desert but also the travel was fantastic. we enjoyed incredible view of the mountains and our guide, Kamal, explained us a lot of stuff about the environment and the story of Morocco, over being very funny.
