Trou aux Cerfs

Trou aux Cerfs is a dormant volcano with a well-defined cone and crater. It is 605 m high and located in Curepipe, Mauritius. The crater has been alternately described as 300 and 350 meters in diameter, and is 80 meters deep.

Ganga Talao is a crater lake situated in a secluded mountain area in the district of Savanne, deep in the heart of Mauritius. It is considered the most sacred Hindu Temple in Mauritius.

Chamarel

hen, you'll head to see the astounding Chamarel Viewpoint which is a family-friendly spot for you to get an amazing panoramic view of the whole Chamarel village laid beneath your eyes. From there, you will see the lush greenery and the turquoise waters of the southwest coast with Le Morne Brabant to the left and La Tourelle du Tamarin to the right. We recommend you to bring along a pair of sunglasses and a camera, in order to capture the splendid view of the green hilly region as well as an aerial view of Ile Aux Benitiers. Afterward, you'll head to a local restaurant which offer the best seafood. You are free try the dishes and have your lunch.

Chamarel Seven Coloured Earth Geopark

Next, you'll visit the seven-colored earth which is a natural phenomenon & a prominent tourist attraction. The colors evolved through the conversion of basaltic lava to clay minerals. An almost surreal, lunar-like spectacle of rainbow-hued sand dunes unfolds before your eyes, leaving you utterly mesmerized. Set in the middle of lush green vegetation, this unique geological oddity is one of those amazing creations of nature that just make you go “Wow”. It is a relatively big area of sand dunes comprising sand of seven distinct colors approximately red, brown, violet, green, blue, purple & yellow. And what is more fascinating is the fact that if you mix the colored earth together, they'll eventually settle into separate layers. You may also be puzzled as the colors might play tricks on you & may appear to be shadows There is also a Tortoise Park & Souvenir Shop offering an array of memorabilia, including local products from Chamarel while the Coffee shop is a happy cafe experience.

At the end of the tour, we will bring you to flic en flac beach where you will be able to swim, do snorkiling, or chill out with some drinks after a full day tour. You will be able to witness sunset also which is one of the best place in Mauritius to witness same

Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam Botanical Garden

Visit the Pamplemousses Botanical Garden, renamed Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam Botanical Garden, and the highlight of any visit to the north. It is the oldest botanical garden in the southern hemisphere, dating back to 1735.

L'aventure Du Sucre

A former sugar factory carefully rehabilitated following its closure in 1999, after 200 years of operation, L'Aventure du Sucre is a pioneering heritage site in cultural tourism in Mauritius. The ecomuseum offers a 5,000 m² educational trail and 10 interactive thematic spaces inviting you to discover the history of an island shaped by sugar and all the secrets of cane. This exceptional plant makes it possible to produce sugar crystals and numerous direct or indirect co-products including rum, bagasse for electricity and natural fertilizers.

Mont Choisy Beach

The longest beach in the north of Mauritius, Mont Choisy extends to Trou aux Biches and Pointe aux Canonniers, a beach of endless beauty. The beach is easily recognizable by its coast that formed an arc. A beach lined by thousands of large casuarinas trees, a white sand beach and a turquoise water like most of the beaches that can be found in the north of the island.

Grand Baie

Grand-Baie is a village in northern Mauritius. Its sandy beaches include secluded La Cuvette, and sailboat-dotted Grand-Baie Public Beach, in a sheltered cove. Pereybere is the beach recommended for family swimming, a quiet place with a calm sea, the beach is ideal for children and inexperienced swimmers. You will find vendors of exotic fruits, ice cream merchants near the beach and nearby restaurants offering varied menus.

Notre Dame Auxiliatrice

Don’t let Cap Malheureux’s name put you off. These days, there’s nothing malheureux (‘unfortunate’) about this pretty fishing village on the island’s northern tip. The simple little church of Notre Dame Auxiliatrice is one of the most photographed sights on the island – its bright red roof pops against the background of blue sky, turquoise waters and dramatic headland of Le Coin de Mire. You’re welcome to pop into the church, either to join mass or take a peek at the holy water basin made from a giant clam shell.

Gris Gris Beach

Gris Gris is the beach which is located in the extreme south of the island. This little piece of beach does not have coral reef, the big waves come breaking on the shore offering an amazing views to the visitors. Gris Gris offers a contrast with the other beaches in theSouth popular for their calm sea. You will really enjoy this show by taking a trail located at the rear of the parking area which will lead you to the rock that cries. There you will have a perfect view of a large rock where the waves break with great violence, accompanied by a large thud.

Maconde Viewpoint

Located on the south coast of Mauritius, Baie Du Cap is a small, quaint village. The region is well known for its natural beauty and its wild, rugged coastlines. With the picturesque land and seascapes, encompassing the red-coloured earth, the deep green forest, the lines of palm trees, and the sparkling blue sea by the side- you will have an incredible journey to the viewpoint, Maconde. It is set on a curved portion of the coastal road, on the peak of a small rocky cliff where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. The viewpoint can be accessed by climbing up a set of stairs. Here you will be able to admire the remarkable ocean, the nearby coastal village and the occasional fishermen on the shore.

Le Morne beach is located on a peninsula on the west coast of Mauritius at the foot of the majestic Morne Brabant mountain listed as the World Heritage by the Unesco.
