The Aida 2 course includes the Aida 1 level part so you do not need to complete the try freediving course to start the beginner course.

FREEDIVER BEGINNER COURSE AIDA 2 is the introduction to the fascinating world of freediving. This is the most satisying course to start in order to be able to freedive in a safe and rewarding way. The Aida 2 course includes the Aida 1 level part so you do not need to complete the try freediving course to start the beginner course. First of all it will introduce you to what it is all about: relaxation and knowing your body. Then you will start with breathing and breath-holding exercises before you learn the basic skills and safety measures in the water. With this course you will become a certified freediver. Day 1 Theory session and Confined water session 1-2 i Day 2 Open water session 1 and 2 with free immersion to practise relaxation and equalization as well as duck diving, constant weight, rescue exercise and buddying - written exam Day 3 Open water session including constant weight and buddying, strong focus on fine tuning all the techniques You will need to demonstrate your ability to swim 200 meters without stopping and without fins, and swim 300 meters with a mask, fins and snorkel before you can begin this AIDA 2 course. Even though I've wanted to do a diving certification for a while I was quite nervous at the thought of doing it solo but the folks here made me feel quite at ease about the whole thing and made the experience a lot more fun. Even before the program started, communicating with them via Instagram and WhatsApp was super easy. They're quick to respond to all your queries. The program itself was conducted very professionally sticking to the PADI guidelines. I want to give a special shoutout to my instructor Edi. He was supportive throughout the program, answering all my queries (even the stupid ones) with patience and he's a quite fun person to chill and speak with. The dive sites themselves were really nice as well. Pemuteran itself is a little out of the way but if you plan to stay here and do diving or snorkeling I'd recommend going with these guys.

We’re on a Study Abroad to study marine biology and Bali Dive Academy was able to help around 20 of us get certified and even some of us got our advanced certification! The instructors were so so kind and it was very easy to learn the skills from them. Karin is awesome and the dives were absolutely beautiful. 10/10 recommend this place over any others in Bali.

Throughout the certification process, I tapped into an incredible community of divers. The dive crew was full of laughter, wisdom, patience, and respect for marine life. They showed such passion for the ocean and diving - and gave me such such a window into the underwater world. Suksma!!!!!!

It was very beautiful, the reefs were full of life and had lots of biodiversity. Our dive instructor Putu was amazing and we had a great time
