Your thrilling three-day journey begins at 8:30 am in Entebbe, a picturesque town nestled along the shores of Lake Victoria. After arriving at the airport, you will be greeted by your guide who will accompany you on an unforgettable road trip to Kibale Forest National Park. As you embark on the drive, which takes around 5 to 6 hours, you'll be treated to mesmerizing views of the Ugandan countryside. Passing through vibrant villages and rolling hills, you'll get a taste of the local culture and immerse yourself in the authentic beauty of Uganda.

Bigodi Wetlands Sanctuary

Upon reaching Kibale Forest National Park, you'll check into your accommodation and have some time to relax and rejuvenate. The park is renowned for its remarkable variety of primates, with the highlight being the incredible chimpanzees. In the evening, you can take a leisurely walk around the lodge, enjoying the tranquil ambiance and keeping an eye out for the diverse birdlife that inhabits the area. Alternatively, you may choose to partake in a nature walk or visit the nearby Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, which offers an opportunity to spot rare bird species and other wildlife. Evening activity Bigodi Swamp Walk and Primate viewing and bird watching in this beautiful Conservation area by the local community.

After Breakfast drive to the starting point for a remarkable chimpanzee trekking experience in Kibale Forest National Park which takes 2-4 hours. You'll gather at the park headquarters, where knowledgeable guides will provide a comprehensive briefing about the trek and the guidelines to ensure a safe and respectful encounter with the chimpanzees. Equipped with sturdy shoes, a packed lunch, and ample water, you'll venture into the dense forest, ready for an extraordinary adventure. As you trek through the lush vegetation, your senses will come alive with the symphony of the forest, the vibrant hues of the flora, and the occasional sightings of other primate species. Your experienced guides will lead you to the areas where the chimpanzees are commonly found, and once you locate them, you'll have the privilege of spending a magical hour observing their behaviours and interactions in their natural habitat. Transfer to Bwindi after the Trek for 6-7hours.

On the final day of your adventure, get ready for a once-in-a-lifetime experience – gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. After an early breakfast, you'll make your way to the park headquarters, where you'll receive a thorough briefing and be assigned a gorilla group to visit. With a packed lunch and essential trekking gear, you'll venture into the dense rainforest, accompanied by skilled guides and trackers. Spending an unforgettable hour in their presence, you'll have the opportunity to witness their intricate social interactions and gain a deep appreciation for the importance of their conservation. After the gorilla trek, it's time to bid farewell to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and make your way to Kigali, the capital city of Rwanda. The journey from Bwindi to Kigali takes approximately 4 to 5 hours, showcasing the picturesque landscapes of both Uganda and Rwanda. Upon reaching Rwanda, you can check in the airport for your return flight.
