This morning, we set off from the mystical ruins of Koh Ker and journeyed deep into Cambodia’s untouched villages, making our way to the remote temple complex of Preah Khan Kampong Svay. This dirt bike adventure traverses rugged, sandy, and dusty roads that cut through farmlands and thick jungles, offering spectacular views of distant mountains. The ride will have you weaving through serene farmlands, where buffalo graze and villagers tend to rice fields, showcasing a traditional lifestyle that remains unchanged over centuries. You’ll pass remote villages, where children wave and locals warmly greet you, creating a welcoming break from the trails. Then comes the excitement of navigating the dense jungle paths that lead to hidden temples lost in time, overgrown yet majestic, with crumbling structures surrounded by lush vegetation.
