  We just got back from our 3-day safari in the Masai Mara with Flexivel Safaris, and honestly, it was one of the best trips we've ever done. We booked directly with them after some research, and everything went smoothly from the first email to the moment we landed back in Nairobi. Our guide, David, was the absolute highlight. From day one, you could tell he really knows the Mara like the back of his hand. He wasn't just driving us around checking boxes — he was genuinely excited every time we spotted something. Whether it was tracking a lion pride through the tall grass or finding a leopard tucked away in a tree, David had this calm patience that made the whole experience so much better. He explained everything without overwhelming us, answered all our (sometimes silly) questions, and even taught us a bit of Swahili along the way. The game drives were incredible. In just three days we saw the Big Five, plus huge herds of wildebeest and zebra, playful elephants, and one morning we watched a cheetah hunt from a safe distance. The sunrise balloon option we added was worth every penny, floating over the plains at dawn is something I'll never forget. Even the downtime at the camp was perfect: comfortable tents, great food, and staff who remembered our names and how we liked our coffee. What stood out most was how personal it felt. Nothing seemed rushed or touristy. David adjusted the schedule based on what we wanted each day, and we never felt like we were just another group. The communication from the Flexivel team before and during the trip was excellent too, responsive and flexible when we had last-minute questions.   Absolutely incredible 3 days at the Masai Mara with Flexivel Kenya Safaris! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly organized and stress-free. Our guide George was outstanding knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about the wildlife. He went above and beyond to find us the best sightings, including a leopard up close and a thrilling lion pride hunt at the Mara plains. We stayed at Mara Maisha Camp, which offered a perfect mix of comfort and authentic bush experience. The tents were beautiful, the food delicious, and the staff super friendly. This was hands-down the best safari experience we've ever had. If you're thinking about Masai Mara, book with Flexivel Kenya Safaris without hesitation.   Three nights at Jambo Mara and I left wishing I'd booked a fourth. We did this trip through Flexivel Kenya Safaris and from the planning stage to the last game drive, everything was handled well no last minute surprises, no gaps in communication. Our driver guide was David, and honestly he made the safari. Knew the Mara like the back of his hand, positioned the vehicle perfectly for sightings, and never rushed you out of a spot when something good was happening. We sat with a cheetah and her cubs for close to an hour on one of the afternoons that kind of patience is what separates a good guide from a great one. The lodge itself was a solid choice. Spacious tents, hot water that actually works, and a veranda where you can sit after dinner and just listen to the bush. Food was good throughout proper breakfast before early drives and varied dinners that didn't feel repetitive by night three. Game viewing was excellent across all three days. Good cat sightings, plenty of herbivores, and the location put us right in the action without the congestion you find around some of the busier camps. If you're looking to do the Mara properly, book through Flexivel Kenya Safaris. Ask for David. You won't be disappointed.

  Just spent three amazing days in the Masai Mara and it was everything I hoped for and more. We were a small group sharing the vehicle, and I’m so glad we did because our guide George made every single drive feel like a private adventure. George is seriously gifted at this. He knew exactly where to go each time and kept finding animals when the other vehicles around us were driving in circles. One moment we’d be watching a pride of lions with tiny cubs, the next he’d spot a cheetah hidden in the grass or a rhino way off in the distance. His eyes and knowledge of the bush were unbelievable. He also had a great sense of timing we caught some beautiful moments with the light that made the whole experience even more special. We stayed at Mara Maisha Camp and it was a fantastic choice. The tents are big, comfortable and really well set up. Hot showers after long dusty drives felt like heaven, and the food was surprisingly good fresh and tasty every time. The camp has a relaxed, authentic feel with nice views and friendly staff who always made us feel welcome. Sharing the game drives with the other guy in our vehicle made it even better we were both excited spotting animals and it was fun comparing notes after each drive. Three days flew by, but we managed to see the Big Five comfortably and enjoyed every sunrise and sunset on the plains. If you’re planning a trip to Masai Mara, do yourself a favour and get George as your guide. He turned a good safari into an unforgettable one. Mara Maisha Camp is also highly recommended great location and comfort in the middle of the wild.

  I just got back from a 3-day trip to the Masai Mara National Reserve and I’m still buzzing from the experience. It was my first proper safari and it completely lived up to the hype, actually, it exceeded it. From the moment we arrived, everything felt like a proper bush adventure. We stayed at Mara Maisha Camp, and I have to say the place is amazing. The tents are spacious, comfortable, and have that perfect mix of luxury and being out in nature. The beds were proper, the bathrooms clean with hot water, and the food was really good, fresh, tasty, and plenty of variety. Evenings at the camp were so peaceful, sitting outside listening to the sounds of the wild while having a cold drink. The staff were friendly and made us feel at home. But the real star of the show was our guide, George. This guy knows the Mara like the back of his hand! He had this incredible ability to find lions, and leopard and a Rhino, even when we thought there was nothing around. Whether it was lions resting in the shade, a leopard tucked up in a tree, elephants crossing the plains, or a whole herd of buffalo, George always seemed to know exactly where to go and when. His spotting skills were on another level, and he explained everything patiently without making it feel like a lecture. Thanks to him, we saw the Big Five and so much more. The game drives felt exciting and personal, not rushed. Three days was just the right amount of time to really soak it in, morning and afternoon drives, beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the savannah, and that magical feeling of being so close to wild Africa. It was dusty, bumpy, and sometimes tiring, but that’s exactly what made it a real adventure. If you’re thinking of going to Masai Mara, I highly recommend staying at Mara Maisha Camp and asking for George as your guide if you can. It made all the difference. This trip will stay with me for a long time. Highly recommended!

  If you only have three days for the Mara, this is the way to do it. Our driver-guide George was brilliant, patient, super knowledgeable, and genuinely excited every time we found something cool. Thanks to him we ticked off the Big Five and got some really special moments, like watching a pride of lions with tiny cubs at sunrise and catching a leopard draped over a tree branch at golden hour. Mara Enkorok Camp turned out to be a lovely surprise. It's right on the river, so wildlife literally comes to you, we had hippos grunting at night and elephants drinking just meters from the dining area. The tents are comfortable with proper beds and hot showers, the staff are warm and friendly, and the meals hit the spot after long bumpy drives. Short but incredibly sweet safari, highly recommend, especially if George is behind the wheel!

  We just completed an incredible three-day safari experience booked through Flexivel Kenya Safaris, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation we had.   Wow, my three days in the Masai Mara with George from Flexivel Kenya Safaris were pure magic! I went in hoping to see the Big Five and came out with memories I’ll be telling for years. George picked us up with a big smile and kept the energy high the whole trip. On the first afternoon he drove us straight to a spot where two male lions were resting like kings. The next morning we were out before sunrise coffee in hand, and within an hour we were watching a cheetah family. Later that day George tracked down a leopard in the balanitis trees just as the light turned golden. I still get goosebumps thinking about it. He wasn’t just about the animals either; he shared little facts about the Maasai culture and the ecosystem that made everything feel deeper. The maisha mara camp was cozy, the food surprisingly good (especially the fresh chapati and grilled meats), and every drive felt like our own private adventure.   Hands down one of the best adventures of my life the Maasai Mara delivered pure magic, and Flexivel Kenya Safaris made it all effortless. We chose them for our booking, and everything clicked: smooth transfers, clear communication, and a fantastic package that felt tailored just for us. George, our driver-guide, was a legend behind the wheel. His knowledge of the animals and the land was incredible he knew exactly where to find the Big Five (we ticked them all off, including a massive elephant herd crossing our path and a cheetah sprint that left us speechless). But beyond the wildlife, it was his stories and calm energy that made the long drives fly by. Enkorok Mara Camp stole our hearts. The spacious tents felt like luxurious hideaways with amazing views, hot showers after dusty days, and a cozy communal area where everyone swapped safari tales over delicious meals.   Day 1 – Finally Escaping the Nairobi Hustle Woke up super early, had some quick chai and mandazi from that spot near my place, then hopped into the Land Cruiser. Juma, our driver/guide, was already there cracking jokes to wake everyone up. The drive out to Maasai Mara was the usual dusty, bumpy ride, but once we left the city behind, the landscape started changing, those classic flat-top acacia trees, first herds of zebras grazing like they had nowhere to be. We pulled into the camp around lunchtime. Tents were actually nice—real beds, proper showers, bucket-flush toilets that worked. Afternoon game drive kicked off strong: pride of lions just lounging under a bush like they were on holiday too, then a big elephant family crossing right in front of us, forcing the vehicle to stop. Watched the sun drop with cold drinks in hand while giraffes strolled past in silhouette. Felt like all the Nairobi traffic noise vanished in one afternoon. Day 2 – Non-Stop Action on the Plains Up before dawn for the morning drive. Mist everywhere, a few hot-air balloons floating in the distance (definitely doing that next time). We caught a cheetah mid-hunt—insane speed, gone in seconds. Then jackpot: huge pride with tiny cubs tumbling around, playing rough like big kittens. Juma knew every detail—pointed out fresh tracks, explained why certain birds follow the herds, even showed us how to spot a leopard’s favorite tree spots. Back for lunch—grilled nyama choma, fresh salads, cold sodas under the shade. Afternoon was chill: short bush walk with a Maasai guy who showed us how they live off the land, taught us a bit of their jumping dance (I was terrible, but we laughed a lot). Evening around the campfire, stories flowing, Tusker beers in hand, hyenas whooping somewhere out there. Slept hard. Day 3 – Hard to Leave Final sunrise drive delivered big: leopard draped over a branch, perfectly still, just staring down at us. Jeep went dead quiet—everyone just soaking it in. Packed up feeling bittersweet. Stopped at one last viewpoint for photos, bought some beautiful beaded bracelets and necklaces from the Maasai women selling by the road.
