Hidden deep in the forested mountains of Dilijan National Park, Haghartsin is a peaceful and spiritual site surrounded by lush nature. The complex includes several churches and chapels, with beautiful stone carvings and medieval Armenian architecture. Its name means "The Monastery of the Soaring Eagle" — a fitting symbol of the serenity and height of this holy place.
Dilijan National Park
Dilijan Known as the "Armenian Switzerland," Dilijan is a charming town nestled in the forests of the Tavush region. With its cool climate, fresh mountain air, and preserved historic architecture (like the old Sharambeyan Street), Dilijan is a relaxing escape into nature. It’s also home to several artists, musicians, and writers.
Lake Sevan
Lake Sevan, this monastery was once on an island before the water levels dropped. Sevanavank offers breathtaking panoramic views of the lake and mountains. The ancient black-stone churches contrast beautifully with the bright blue water of Lake Sevan, making it a favourite for photographers. Lunch in Yasaman Restaurant (optional)
Cascade Complex
The Cascade is a massive stairway in the heart of Yerevan, combining art, architecture, and panoramic views. As you climb, you’ll see *modern sculptures, fountains, and gardens. At the top, you're rewarded with a sweeping view of Yerevan and Mount Ararat on a clear day. Inside the Cascade is the Cafesjian Center for the Arts, showcasing contemporary art.

After breakfast, we drive south to Khor Virap Monastery, with its iconic view of Mount Ararat.
Areni Wine Winery
Areni is considered the cradle of winemaking, with a history dating back over 6,000 years. Here you’ll visit traditional wine cellars where locals still produce wine from the famous Areni grape, using both ancient and modern techniques. You can taste red wines, fruit wines, and even participate in harvest activities in the right season at "Wine House Areni Cave." Lunch is included.

Back to the hoteMonumental government buildings and the beautiful National History Museum surround Republic Square. Don’t miss the famous musical fountains in the evening! Nearby, you can have lunch at Lavash Restaurant. (optional)
