Canoe Tour: a tour that lasts approximately 3 hours where we will sail by canoe and paddle through the channels of Tortuguero, we will be able to see different animals such as birds, alligators and many other species, as well as a great variety of trees and plants. 5.00Wowwww, our family of 5 from Chicago had high expectations...and this trip exceeded them all. The power boat ride from Pavona Harbor to Tortuguero was amazing & full of wild life...but our 6-person canoe ride was UNBELIEVABLE - - and was capped off with a family of wild monkeys high up in the trees. I 100% recommend this tour & only wish we had stayed the night for the night hike.

5.00Pablo is excellent Person and Guide!, from the first moment he was attentive to help, long before he had hired his tour, he was always attentive, clear and honest, without pressure and without second intentions. I was very comfortable, it makes you feel the hospitality and closeness Latin American with its good treatment. The tour was fantastic, they took us (Him and his "mae" Nelson) through the narrowest and most beautiful canals of the place, without rush, with enough time to enjoy. The tour was very early (6 am) on the way back I went to breakfast at Nelson's family restaurant, a typical "Pinto Rooster" with ranch eggs; where I felt at home! Beautiful family atmosphere. Hug Pablo... 4.00Originally I booked in French, but due to a change in schedule, no guide available, so in English in the end, which is our downside with some stress because no clear meeting point .. But Pablo was super sympathetic with us and agreed to take us whenever we could. He managed to show us all what we wanted to see. As a bonus we had the channels to ourselves!

5.00One of the best tours of our Costa Rica trip! The canoe trip through the Tortuguero canals was amazing. We saw so many animals including caimans, monkeys, sloths, toucans, birds, fish and spiders, all in their natural habitat and in their most active hours. We went through both the larger canals and the smaller, hidden ones. The surroundings, vegetation and atmosphere in the morning were also incredible. The guide was super friendly, knowledgeable and really passionate about the wildlife. He gave us lots of time for photos and made the whole experience relaxed and interesting. Do not miss this one if you visit tortuguero!

We didn’t know what we were going to Tortuguero or where to start, since Pablo contacted me it was a step by step guide in all our questions. 5.00Me and my family booked Pablo as our guide. We toured the national park waterways and jungle (a highlight of the trip) where we saw four caymen, many birds, sloth and spider monkeys. He was a great, knowledgeable guide.

5.00We had the most magical adventure on our canoe tour through Tortuguero National Park. The waterways were so peaceful, and everywhere we looked there was wildlife – monkeys, birds, and so much more. Our guide was amazing, spotting animals we would never have seen on our own and sharing fascinating stories that even kept our boys (aged 3 and 6) completely engaged. They were so excited every time we spotted something new! It felt like stepping into a nature documentary, but with the wonder of seeing it all up close. An unforgettable family experience – we couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

5.00We had such a magical afternoon with Pablo. It was so peaceful. He brought bird books and binoculars and was knowledgeable about the wildlife. He has a genuine love for the animals. He took his time to help us see everything and get great photos. We saw an amazing cayman, birds, a turtle/terrapin, a troop of howler monkeys, toucans, herons, aningas, lizards and more.. thank you
