The Views & Brews electric bike adventure packs in sweeping Blue Ridge mountain views and 3 brewery tasting stops along a fun but safe course that winds from town to mountain and back again. After launching from the RMA shop at 2pm, you'll pass through neighborhoods and village centers before crossing the river into downtown Roanoke. In addition to tracing the Roanoke River and Mill Mountain greenway trails, you'll move through the central city and even enjoy a spin across the mountain on a fun (but easy!) gravel trail.
Safety is our top priority, so this activity is designed to include ample instruction as we build your skills on the e-bike. If you are unsure about participation, or feel you may need additional instruction before participating, please just reach out to discuss further. This is not the activity to choose if you aren't comfortable handling a bike. We recommend renting an e-bike for riding on the greenway for guests who aren't comfortable on a bike.

We will ride along the scenic Roanoke River Greenway that follows the Roanoke River. This flat, bike-friendly path will give us a great warmup to get used to our e-bikes.
We will bike up to the start of the old road up to Mill Mountain. This gives us the best view of the Roanoke Valley.

5.00Highly recommend! Our guides Charity and Cody were awesome!! We enjoyed touring the town and stopping at a few breweries for a sample. Would definitely do this again!

1.00Might've been fun. Didn't get to go. Online system allowed booking, but waited several days for confirmation and got none. When I checked in with them, they claimed that because it was for the "day before a holiday" they didn't have staff and could not do the tour. I get it that staffing is difficult these days. But then don't allow your systems to gather bookings for days you know you can't fulfill. And more importantly, when a mistake like this happens, "proactively" reach out to your prospective customer (don't force them to come to you), own up to the mistake, and apologize. Simple best practices for any business. We wish these guys luck with their business, they need it.

5.00We had a great time on our tour—wonderful trip hostess/guide! My Hubby and I were both new to e-bikes and found them easy and fun to use! Just enough sight seeing paired with small eclectic brewerys.
Best way to spend an afternoon in the area!

5.00Was so much fun! This was my first time on the e-bike and was easy to get used to. There is a basket on the bike so you can bring a water bottle and buy cool tshirts at the breweries.
Great fun and highly recommended.

5.00We were 3 couples in our 60's, sisters and brothers-in-law. What a great time we had. Great guides, Sean & Charity, we're always helpful and informative. None of us had driven an e-bike before, and after the ride we were experts. The beer stops were perfect and alot of fun!

5.00Ours was a small group celebrating a milestone birthday. The weather was warm but not oppressive as we set out with Sean as our leader/guide, which he did very well. This was our first experience with e-bikes, and the Rad e-bikes were perfect to get us comfortable with them and cover both flat and hilly areas of the "views and brews" tour. The course was not strenuous, even for seniors like us, and the breweries selected provided a nice respite on the warm day. We enjoyed the tour immensely and appreciated Sean's efforts on our behalf!
Definitely a MUST TRY!

5.00Brought my husband for his 44th birthday and he was not expecting to have as much fun as we did! Our guide was safe and cautious and an excellent communicator. We knew what to expect at every part of the journey. These bikes are super stable, and in great condition. We did not break a sweat even though we rode 15 miles. Really enjoyed the choice of breweries, the beautiful scenery, and the relaxing greenways.
