  Penny was such a wonderful guide—warm, friendly, and thoughtful. She always made sure to include my 5-year-old son when sharing facts and stories, which he absolutely loved. Her knowledge of Shanghai’s history was impressive, and her attention to detail made the tour both engaging and informative. Since getting around Shanghai can be challenging without speaking the language, meeting her was truly a breath of fresh air.   We really enjoyed our 3-hour private tour of Shanghai with Penny. She was warm, professional, and gave us a great introduction to the city’s history and culture. We visited the French Concession, The Bund, and Yu Yuan Gardens, and the itinerary was fully customizable, which made the experience feel personal and relaxed. Penny shared the historical background of each location and helped us get the lay of the land, which was perfect for the start of our trip. She also gave us excellent local recommendations for food and things to explore afterward. Highly recommend this tour if you want a personalized and informative experience of Shanghai.

  The tour was great with penny she was amazing and very informative. She was super helpful and knew a lot about the city of Shanghai. We were able to see everything I wanted to see this evening and I got some amazing pictures. She’s also really good at taking pictures. I really enjoyed this tour.

  My granddaughter Karla, 15 years old, and I had chosen the trip on Tripadvisor. Everything flapped. Both the information before the trip as well as the trip itself. We were picked up in the hotel lobby by Penny at 18:30 sharp. My grandson had 3 wishes for the trip: To taste Shanghai’s best dumplings, to photograph from The Bund, to experience more ‘Chinese culture’. All her wishes were fulfilled - we even had the experience to taste the very delicious, delicious Pekingand. We were picked up and brought in private car to and from the locations, we really felt like VIP visitors. A lovely night in Shanghai :-)

  Kelly was very personable from the very beginning, and even helped me practice my Mandarin along the way. It was also nice to be able to schedule her on such short notice. It was a Monday night the week after New Year's, so there wasn't much going on in terms of nightlife. That's okay though. We hung out at a couple local places and I still got a feel for how things are on a normal weekend.

  Excellent Night Tour! There's nothing we could ask for more! I booked last minute (less than 24 hours) for me and my friend, and Kelly was so quick to accommodate and confirm our night tour. She even started to recommend things that we can do. At night, Penny, our tour guide was on-time to meet us at the hotel lobby. She discussed with me and my friend on 2 attractions that we want to do or visit. We decided to go see the Yu Garden / Old Town, and try the Huangpu River Cruise. We started the night tour with the Yu Garden / Old Town. My friend and I were in AWE with the amazing authentic Chinese architecture. We took many great photos, and enjoyed shopping at the stores to buy local delicacies (with quality, but not so expensive). Afterwards, we took the Huangpu River Cruise, and all we can say is WOW! Shanghai is so wonderful with its well-lit buildings. We enjoyed the great views of the Shanghai Tower, Oriental Pearl TV Tower, and the Bund. Penny brought us back safely to our hotel, and ended the night with a small snack at Starbucks. Thank you so much Penny & Kelly for the excellent tour! We enjoyed our first-time in Shanghai. Will definitely reconnect with you on my next visit :)

  Fantastic experience worth every $ Could not have asked for a more warm friendly and knowledgeable tour guide than Kelly-Ping Ping. We took a river cruise and toured the peace building. Kelly also took me to have some wonderful Shanghai dumplings. Would do it again!
