El Palmar is a beautiful waterfall close to El Valle, where the travellers can relax, enjoy the rich flora and fauna of the area. There is an option to swim in the river and a small/medium cliff jump.
The hike to the waterfall is not to difficult and goes through a very nice forest.

5.00It was a relaxing and funny trip with the 2 guides. They helped us climbing down when it was a little slippery. We had the best time there and enjoyed it a lot. And they have good connections, if you like to climb in Panama! Cheerse buddies and keep on doing what you love✌🏼
