The most beautiful summer activity in Athens is taking place in the Sounio area - the most impressive area that you will see close to Athens. The crystal light blue water of the Aegean Sea with the gorgeous rocks of the coastline offers endless adrenaline. The coasteering activity combines the high jumps from the rocks, swimming, snorkeling, and climbing in the rocks above the sea - on the coastline below the Poseidon Temple. Coasteering can be determined as the absolute summer activity in the Attica region.

5.00Great experience. The area is beautiful, lots of different activities packed into one. You hike, scramble over boulders, cliff jump, snorkel. Our guide was great, she took pictures and sent them to us after. She helped arrange a driver for us from Athens who waited and let us visit the temple of Poseidon after before heading back to Athens. I have always been hesitant to cliff jump and figured I would not to any of them, but she started us on just a very small jump and kept moving us up to slightly bigger jumps. I jumped off much higher than I ever expected I would be willing.

5.00Nikki did a great job! The hiking wasn’t too difficult, and the snorkeling was a nice treat. You get to jump off of smaller and then larger jumps. She goes through all the safety measures, so you feel secure. Still, it was a great thrill!

5.00We had a wonderful time with the coasteering team. Niki and Billy created a very good vibe and stimulated every member of our group to push his boundaries. It was a great activity with much variation and a clear goal in a beautiful environment. We look back on it with great pleasure!

5.00We had an incredible time coasteering with the BOA team: Niki, Konstantinos, Vasilies and George around Sounio. It’s a beautiful route that includes climbing, repelling, cliff jumping and snorkelling. The team are amazing, funny, friendly, and knowledgeable, they shared Greek mythology stories as we climbed and their expertise ensured that we felt safe at all times. The team were able to offer transport from near Athens for a reasonable fee so it’s worth asking if you need transport. We both agreed it was our favourite day on holiday, I’d definitely recommend! Thank you team x

5.00It was simply amazing adventure experience to do Coasteering in Sounio with BOA. Perfect combination of bouldering, hiking, jumping off the rocks around Aegean sea into the clear blue waters ( even close to the deepest part of Aegean sea), snorkeling and swimming! I didn't know completely what kind of day, I was headed to. However, at the end of the day it was well worth it. Vasilis, Niki and George took care of each one's safety of every one in the group absolutely perfectly! I would recommend everyone who wants to enjoy the adrenaline and refreshing clear blue waters of Aegean sea and the nature around it to choose Coasteering with BOA.
