5.00I and my boyfriend booked a Sunset Cruise with Medusa (from Mr. Marko), but unfortunately, we could not join it due to the health issues that suddenly arose. We called Mr. Marko and asked whether it was possible to get a refund—he agreed to provide 50% of the amount we paid but in the end returned the full. He even came to the hotel himself, and we had a very nice chat. So, even though we could not visit the Cruise, we would definitely recommend Medusa as a reliable and understanding cruise provider. You would not be disappointed, since the attitude towards its customers at Meduza is the best. We will undoubtedly buy and join the Sunset Cruise next time, when in Cyprus)))

5.00So, basically, we saw the boat in Paralimni marina and wanted to go for the sunset cruise. We purchased our tickets from the stand in Protaras, and were looking forward to our cruise. But plans changed - I got severe back pain, and was not able to show up, and my girlfriend stayed with me. The most pleasant part - we got a full refund from the guy in charge. This is the most humane approach I've had in a long time. Thanks for that!!! We will definitely come by next time, and will enjoy the cruise. Until next time!

5.00I recommend 100% on the Medusa boat and crew ! Amazing experience. We had a trip to the blue lagoon, the bar was great the food was rich and most important the captain and crew was fun and generous. Definitely gonna come back!

5.00Best sunset cruise ayia Napa - protaras area, friendly staff, delicious fruit platters, I was amazed with the magnificent scenery of the east coast line and crystal waters of blue lagoon! Highly recommended definitely will do it again!! In 2 days I am gonna do the 4 hour chill out cruise!!!
