It was fantastic and Mib was so knowledgeable. We loved stopping for ceviche at the fish market. We also got great recommendations for wider Panama City too! ✨

It was really top panama city seen in a different way!! Started in the old part of Panama city then we drove to some nice places and closed at the fish market

I took the tour to Cerro La Silla in El Valle and not a bike tour, but that option was not available in the menu to make this review. We found our guide right at the designated time at the entrance to the trail to La Silla, which is the easiest of the hiking options in El Valle. We only took an hour and a half round trip. Our guide was very professional and friendly, always thinking about our well-being. The climb is not difficult, but not easy, but when you reach the top, it is worth it with breathtaking views of the Pacific coast from the Wind Farm to the west to Chame to the east. If you are a person not used to climbing stairs or having a good time at the Stairmaster, it is better not to take this tour but for anyone in decent shape, it is worth it.
