If you want to know our culture from end to end, this is an experience that you can’t let go!

Starting from the town we will travel 12 km of route 41 also known as the Scenic Route of National Sovereignty of the Senda del Huemul, bordering the entire route of the Rio de Las Vueltas, we will reach the suspension bridge that crosses it, which we will cross walking. There, where the local guide awaits, who will conclude the transfer in a 4×4 vehicle until arriving at “EL ESTABLO” of the estancia.

This was a great experience! We went to the meeting point at 7p in El Chalten. We were the only ones on the van out to Estancia Bonanza which seemed odd, but we realized later that most people do horseback riding or some other activity out there paired with the dinner. We took one van out of town a ways to the bridge, where we walked over and then got into another van to be taken to the ranch. We settled into the gorgeous dining space and within a few minutes the place filled up with other people staying there and finishing up other excursions. The food was great and we even got a fun show of seeing all the sheep moved into another field. The view from the restaurant was incredible. Highly recommended!

I booked the tour for 7:30 pm and arrived around 7:15. I was told that the shuttle to the estancia had already left because the tour actually started at 7:00, not 7:30. The staff apologized and gave me a full refund, but there was not a satisfactory explanation of why the company put a 7:30 start time into the Viator platform vs. 7:00. The ladies in the office actually said they "had no control" over that, which was ridiculous. They did message me via WhatsApp at 6:57 pm asking if I was coming, but I didn't receive that on time due to the spotty cell phone service and spotty wifi around El Chalten. In any case, 3 minutes notice is not enough. A company like this should not be allowed to use Viator until they learn how to use it correctly and to input accurate start times and accurate meeting point instructions.

Wasn’t sure about this experience. We were quickly reassured when people on the transport bus were coming back for their second night 😁 Highly recommend doing this while in El Chalten. Located in a valley with excellent view of Mt Fitz Roy. The food is tasty, well done and the staff very friendly. Would happily go again if we had more time ❤️

It was a good experience. We had a good day and enjoyed the nice staff and nature! The lunch was super good, we saw a newborn lam and got to milk a cow
