5.00What a fabulous time. Ulises was the best guide I have ever had. He was kind, informative and very patient with this 77 year old lady. Many times he came to my aid when we were in the water and out. Appreciate his humanity. Charlie was a great and kind driver. Always there to help us. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

5.00Had a wonderful day. Explored Tulum with Ulises, he is very knowledgeable about the culture. Swam the reef saw several sea turtles. Charley was an amazing driver. Both men were wonderful and accommodating. Highly recommend this experience!!!

5.00Excellent tour with a private guide who takes you to Tulum to see the ruins, snorkel and swim in a cenote. The tulum ruins are small but our guide, Uri, was extremely knowledgeable and took us around the entire complex. We then had a private snorkel tour, without the tour guide but with a captain, and saw lots of turtles! To end an amazing tour we went to a less busy but beautiful cenote with lunch at a tourist restaurant serving authentic Mexican food. Highly recommend!

5.00Our guide Johnny was amazing! We started the day by being picked up at our casa which was very convenient. We drove in a nice van to Tulum and got a very informative tour. Snorkeling was a blast. Johnny took great pictures and video of us while in the water. Finally, the cenote was the highlight of our 12 year old’s trip! Almost forgot to mention lunch, included, was fantastic!

5.00Ulises provided us with such a wonderful experience!! We learned so much about Tulum, then he took us to two amazing Cenote - locations we likely would not have visited were we not with him. He even supplied us with waterproof flashlights for one Cenote which made the experience exceptional. Lunch afterward was delicious, served in a fun, relaxing atmosphere. We would highly recommend and would go on other tours when we return to Playa del Carmen

5.00My family friends and I had loads of fun and learned a lot about the Tulum ruins( and birds) from our tour guide Ulises. Ulises was a very knowledgeable and fun guy, often cracked a joke and kept us engaged. Swimming with sea turtles was an amazing experience as well, we saw many turtles but also reef fish, stingrays, sea snails, and sea urchins as well. El Charlie was a phenomenal driver as well, he offered many drinks and a granola bar for everyone. The taco’s after the fact were some of the best I’ve had and would recommend everyone to do this trip.

5.00This was the highlight of our trip to Mexico. Ulises and El Charlie were such amazing tour guides. We started with a tour of the ruins at Tulum - Ulises was so knowledgeable about the history and shared so much about the culture and the area itself. He was kind and non-judgmental about my mobility issues. When we went snorkelling - he even pulled me around on a life ring so I wouldn’t miss out, and we saw 4 giant sea turtles and a huge sting ray. If you do nothing else on your trip.,. Definitely book this tour!!

5.00Ulises as the tour guide made the whole trip wonderful, he is nice and funny. He took lots of nice pictures for us, walked us through the whole experience, and the driver Charlie is friendly, smooth driver, keep the car cool while we are away. Awesome trip.
