What To Expect
Calle Mayor
This is a walking tour in the streets of the historical center making stops in bars to have 3 tapas and 3 drinks (Bier, wine or sorft drinks) while you learn about the 3000 years of history of Cartagena.
Museum of the Roman Theater of Cartagena
You will see the Roman theater from the park that surrounds its cornice, we will tell you its history and you will be able to take the best photos you can imagine.

4.00The meeting place was very convenient - just at the end of the pier from our cruise ship. We walked to 3 different restaurants while learning some of the history of the town along the way. Our guide was Jose. He was very enthusiastic. Only problem was he used a headset with a microphone and it was very difficult to hear unless you were in the front of the group - there were about 20 of us. The tapas were pre set selections and all tasted good.

3.00Tapas offerings were poor in my opinion. Carmelo was a great tour guide. First restaurant was not ready for us. Carmelo had to take drink orders.

5.00Our guide was very good and her English was great. The food was fun to try. Everything went very smoothly - except for some confusion at the beginning. There were several groups all meeting at the same place. It took a bit to sort us all out. However, the tour started and ended on time. I would highly recommend this tour.
