  It's an experience that's worth it. I always like to go to these places that see the city from above when I travel. I find it interesting. Up there in a bar you can buy some drinks and stay enjoying the view. Try to go on a clear day, which is not cloudy or raining. I believe your experience should be better. It's also there that has the platform that tilt. I went and almost died of fear...but it's cool... Tickets can be purchased on time.

  The views are great, but the TILT experience is NOT.WORTH.IT. I had a terrible experience. It was incredibly over priced and the actual tilt is so mild that we didn't even realize it was happening. It does not change your view at all. I'm not sure why some people can't handle the thrill or the feeling...because for us, there was no feeling at all! I RECOMMEND SKIPPING THIS!

  I did the TILT experience, it was like $18 extra so I thought it was a little expensive for a two minute ride. They won’t let you record or take pictures. They do take pictures for you with a camera, but you have to purchase those, which was also expensive ($30-50). Shouldn’t cost as much as it does. It was nice to do once but I probably won’t do it again.

  Great experience, elevators were fast, staff was awesome and the views 10/10. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Chicago.

  We loved the views, staff very friendly. Great angles all around the floor. Realized after the fact that if we wanted to do the Tilt we should have reserved tickets and a time in advance as it was a two hour wait when on site. Next time!

  Hello Chicago 360 Management Team, I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent visit to Chicago 360, which fell far below the standard of experience expected for a premium attraction. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt rushed, impersonal, and poorly explained. The “self-guided” aspect of the visit was essentially limited to staff directing us with short instructions such as “left,” “right,” and “up the elevator,” with no meaningful engagement, education, or guest interaction. For the ticket price, this felt extremely underwhelming and not worth the cost. Additionally, the photo package pricing was excessive, ranging from approximately $55–$60, without clear value or transparency provided beforehand. The most concerning part of the visit occurred at the bar. The bartender was extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. After making my drink, he did not communicate with me at all and simply placed it on the table without acknowledgment. His behavior felt hostile and unwelcoming, especially when compared to how he served other guests without hesitation. This differential treatment made the experience uncomfortable and unacceptable. Furthermore, it was not clearly communicated at the time of ticket purchase that the admission did not include the TILT experience. This lack of clarity was misleading and added to the overall frustration of the visit. Overall, this experience did not reflect the quality, inclusivity, or professionalism expected from an attraction representing the Chicago skyline. I am requesting appropriate compensation—whether a partial refund, full refund, or guest credit—to account for the poor service, lack of transparency, and overall disappointing experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the guest experience moving forward. I would appreciate a response from management regarding how this matter will be addressed.   It was terrible, we stood in line for the tilt for 45 minutes only to find out that we didn’t have the proper ticket. Then, upon trying to buy the proper ticket we were told that it was sold out until 8:45 so we lost our spot in line. That’s not good communication. Someone communicating while we were in line to make sure people had the right ticket or some signage would have avoided a bad situation especially for my three children.
