The best views of Chicago can be yours at 360 Chicago Observation Deck! Perched 94 stories above the Windy City in the former John Hancock Building, 360 Chicago provides commanding views of Lake Michigan and Chicago’s towering skyscrapers. Located in the heart of downtown on Michigan Avenue, the observatory is steps away from other top Chicago attractions. It will be the high point (literally) of your Chicago trip!
Upgrade to the Sip and View ticket, which includes one drink at the newly renovated CloudBar. The Sip menu includes a rotating selection of beer, wine and cocktails. Once onsite, you can purchase tickets to TILT, a thrill ride that offers visitors unique, downward facing views from 1,030 feet. You may also choose to upgrade your Sip and View ticket from the Sip Menu to the Elevated Menu for an additional $8.

5.00I highly recommend this experience. We were supposed to go on Thursday, August 14th but our flight was delayed for 4 hours so we missed it. We decided to try to go on Friday, August 15th and we were able to get in. They were so nice about it.

3.00Unfortunately, the experience was not as expected. The wait at the bar was quite long. Not sure there why there was only one bar tender when tickets are purchased in advance so they know how many people to expect. The food is just grab and go snacks in a case. There is no menu. If you have arachnophobia, then this isn't for you! The spiders on the outside glass are disgusting! It's hard to get a photo without a spider or web getting in the way.

5.00Great views, can buy items about 360 Skydeck and also get food and beverages. Took alot of pictures, but some of the windows were dirty with bugs.

2.00All the windows were dirty and every where spider were hanging out. Staff members were rude. Although it’s a must see place in Chicago need a lot of improvement
