  We loved the views, staff very friendly. Great angles all around the floor. Realized after the fact that if we wanted to do the Tilt we should have reserved tickets and a time in advance as it was a two hour wait when on site. Next time!

  Hello Chicago 360 Management Team, I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent visit to Chicago 360, which fell far below the standard of experience expected for a premium attraction. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt rushed, impersonal, and poorly explained. The “self-guided” aspect of the visit was essentially limited to staff directing us with short instructions such as “left,” “right,” and “up the elevator,” with no meaningful engagement, education, or guest interaction. For the ticket price, this felt extremely underwhelming and not worth the cost. Additionally, the photo package pricing was excessive, ranging from approximately $55–$60, without clear value or transparency provided beforehand. The most concerning part of the visit occurred at the bar. The bartender was extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. After making my drink, he did not communicate with me at all and simply placed it on the table without acknowledgment. His behavior felt hostile and unwelcoming, especially when compared to how he served other guests without hesitation. This differential treatment made the experience uncomfortable and unacceptable. Furthermore, it was not clearly communicated at the time of ticket purchase that the admission did not include the TILT experience. This lack of clarity was misleading and added to the overall frustration of the visit. Overall, this experience did not reflect the quality, inclusivity, or professionalism expected from an attraction representing the Chicago skyline. I am requesting appropriate compensation—whether a partial refund, full refund, or guest credit—to account for the poor service, lack of transparency, and overall disappointing experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the guest experience moving forward. I would appreciate a response from management regarding how this matter will be addressed.   It was terrible, we stood in line for the tilt for 45 minutes only to find out that we didn’t have the proper ticket. Then, upon trying to buy the proper ticket we were told that it was sold out until 8:45 so we lost our spot in line. That’s not good communication. Someone communicating while we were in line to make sure people had the right ticket or some signage would have avoided a bad situation especially for my three children.

  There wasn’t a line the morning of Tuesday, December 30 so we were able to walk right up to the desk and purchase tickets. I don’t recommend that you wait to do this in person but it worked for us. The young female employee greeted us and was friendly. Cash was not an option, just fyi. Be sure to watch the short video with details and trivia. The elevator was quick and I still can’t believe we traveled up 90 plus stories in 40 seconds. Amazing! It wasn’t super busy so we were able to spend plenty of time up against the windows and took a slew of photos. The Cloudbar area is popular. Pay extra for the Tilt experience and be prepared for using some arm strength to keep yourself supported. Awesome to be dipped toward the buildings and ground below with only glass protecting you. The views are spectacular so take your time and soak up the experience. Highly recommend this as a must do activity in Chicago.

  Tilt is a great experience except for the one and a half hour wait for it. There should be signs in the line telling people how long they have to wait

  Expect a line but definitely worth the experience. The tilt was definitely an experience and is definitely recommended I mean you’re already up there why not do it!

  We bought tickets 1.5 hours in advance on 12/27/25. It was a cloudy day, but we didn't know how high up and figured we would get a text or email if weather was a concern for viewing. Upon arriving for our 4:30 time, we were told it was too cloudy to go up and they wouldn't refund the cost. Online the no refund policy is in the FAQ area-I only learned this from the online staff after my inquiry, Upon arrival, the no refund policy was on a bold sign at the desk. Poor transparency that their policy is not as obvious on-line. I would highly suggest NOT buying tickets in advance. Airlines refund tickets or reschedule due to weather-I expected more transparency, integrity and common sense from this company.

  It was awesome. It was a super great experience. Would recommend this experience for sure. It was too cloudy at first but throughout the hours it was clearer so we could take a lot of pictures.

  I need a refund we did not see do the attraction do to 2 hour wait time there was only 1 elevator working when there were supposed to be 3 many people were upset
