What an amazing experience! This 4-day camping safari has exceeded all of our expectations. We visited three iconic national parks - Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. Every place was more beautiful than before. The game drives were very well timed and our guide was excellent - very knowledgeable, patient and always ready to answer all questions. We saw cheetahs, elephants, herds of giant zebras, giraffes, hippos! Absolutely perfect for wildlife lovers. Many thanks to the African Overland team!

While starting the journey from Arusha, I did not understand that such a big experience was waiting ahead. A large family of elephants walk along a dusty road as they enter Tarangire National Park. The car stopped and we watched in silence. That moment was magical. There was a little fear of camping, but the numerous stars in the night sky and the call of wild animals in the distance - this is never found in urban life. The vast wilderness of Serengeti National Park moved me the most. As far as the eye can see only the grasslands and the movement of the animals - a strange feeling of freedom is created. On the last day, while descending the Ngorongoro Crater, the vastness of the surroundings overwhelmed me. So many animals together, so much diversity - it can only be seen, not expressed in words. This journey has taught me a new respect and love for nature.

We (two friends) booked this 4-day camping adventure, and it turned out to be the most exciting trip of our lives. Day 1 begins at Tarangire - elephants are king, walking beside the car, picnic lunch under the baobab tree. But the real fun begins in the Serengeti (Days 2-3) - the endless plains look like the whole world belongs to us! I saw a Lion Pride who was hunting gazelles - the heartbeat went up. And at night in the camp - the roar of the lion outside the tent, the laughter of the hyenas, the sound of the giraffe's feet - sleep was not coming, but excitement was more than fear. Waking up in the morning to hot tea and a sunrise game drive - great! On the last day, Ngorongoro Crater - down in the fog, the hippo pool, the rhino watching, and a cheetah perched on a tree. Being a small group, the guide told us many stories, explaining the life of the Maasai. Camp food is simple but tasty - grilled chicken, fresh salad, and campfire stories. For those who want the real wilderness feel rather than the luxury, this tour is a hit!
