History come to life with this tour. Visiting two amazing lakes in a single package it's a wonderful and unforgettable experience. Your safari guide knows better the parks than you can ever imagine, with him you will learn so many things about wild, culture and people during the tour.
Lake Natron is a mineral-rich soda lake in northern Tanzania, at the border with Kenya. It's a breeding ground for hundreds of thousands of lesser flamingos, despite the highly alkaline state of the striking red waters. It sits below Ol Doinyo Lengai, a soaring active volcano in the Rift Valley. Trails lead from the lake to the Engero Sero waterfalls, which flow over craggy rocks into a natural pool

Lake Natron
Salt lakes and over 2.5 million Flamingos This day brings you a road trip through northern Tanzania with the destination Lake Natron. You depart from Arusha after breakfast. The drive can take up to 6 hours and it’s the perfect way to see different sides of Tanzania’s ever-changing landscapes. As you pass the Rift Valley and drive further towards Lake Natron, you will notice the lush green vegetation slowly exchanging for dry, arid and dusty landscapes. The occasional Maasai villages passed en route become dots in the distant scenery. The further north you reach, the more remains of old volcanoes rise around you. Among them is Ol Doinyo Lengai, meaning ‘Mountain of God’ in Maasai dialect. This volcano is one of the few that are still active. When you eventually reach Lake Natron, you might perhaps catch its smoke disappearing in the sky. The night is spent in a comfortable bed at Africa Safari Lake Natron. You will have a waterfall walking tour and Flamingo lake walk to end your day

Serengeti National Park
Today you have a long and rewarding drive ahead of you, as you make your way from Lake Natron, through the plains and into Serengeti National Park. The road will take you through the Maasai homeland, the only tribespeople permitted to live in the Conservation and protected area. Traditionally nomadic, the Maasai people are rich in culture and can often be seen herding their cattle in brightly coloured traditional Maasai robes. They live in complete harmony with the earth, using their long-ingrained family knowledge of plant life as a means for survival. Along the drive, you will be able to spot giraffes, zebras and other animals. Prepare to be amazed when you catch your first glimpse of the endless plains of the Serengeti. When you arrive in entrance gate, you will have already had your first taste of game driving and the 14,000+ square kilometers that make up the wonder that is Serengeti National Park. Here you will spot all the wild animals you have been watching in the movies.

Lake Manyara National Park
After a good night sleep, today is the ‘day of the lions’. An early breakfast before checking out and after that you will be driven to Lake Manyara National Park itself. The park is approximately 330 square kilometers of which 200 square kilometres makes up the lake itself when water levels are at a maximum. From a sea of pink flamingos as far as the eye can see to bull elephants at close range, Lake Manyara showcases a superb variety of herd animals and birdlife. One of the very special aspects of this park are the tree climbing lions. After exploring this park with its groundwater forest, mid-afternoon you commence the drive back to Arusha, to where it all started; heart and camera full of memories from your African safari adventure. You can do canoeing in this park as well as walking safari with an armed guide (add on).

We went on a 4-day tour to: Lake Manyara, Central Serengeti, Ngongoro Crater and Tarangire National Park. First of all, the communication beforehand with Destiny Explores went very good, they had a quick response time, were flexible in thinking along and anticipated quickly to give you a secure feeling. Secondly, the driver Hussain - he is a amazing person and he was our walking Tanzanian Google. His experience in the field is just tremendous he knew so much about the nature, animals, vegetation, tribes etc.. Therefore we learned so much about Tanzania due to his knowledge. One day another car in the mountains was having issues and Hussain was there to help them, this shows his character as a great human-being. May God bless him and his family. Amen. Furthermore, the lodges were we stayed: Foresight Eco and Tukaone Serengeti Camp were clean, good food, wifi and very very friendly people. Hence, I can highly recommend Destiny Explores they will give you a truly beautiful experience. No doubt!

We booked a 4-day, 3-night safari with Destiny Explorers, and we thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience! Communication with Issa was excellent, with prompt responses and helpful tips on how to prepare for the safari. His choice of accommodation was perfect – we couldn’t have done better ourselves. Our safari guide, David, was extraordinary: he had a perfect driving style, was highly knowledgeable about wildlife, shared many fascinating stories, and gave us plenty of time to enjoy the sights. We always felt safe and made so many wonderful memories. We highly recommend Destiny Explorers, and our dream is to climb Kilimanjaro with them in the future.

Good evening! Thank you for your great guide. I posted review on the website Noely shared, and here I paste same one below. Firstly we were looking for 3-4 days tour, and sent more info request to some companies. Destiny explores had the fastest response. They answered every questions so quick. So I decided to enjoy with them. One of my dreams of Safari is to see great migrations. They manage to do that, even offered changes to our itinerary. During Safari, our guide seemed having a lot of friends and exchanged latest info of appearance of animals. In conclusion, We saw the migration, as well as four of big five animals ( we didn’t see rhino, but there is very few rhinos at Serengeti), cheater hunting attempt, lion’s family gathering. I’m professional TV director back in my country Japan though this is my total holiday, I asked a lot to my guide to move our car back and forth to set my camera position, he managed to do that. We stayed four accommodations, and all of them super. Last night, I stayed at Baobab Luxury camp, there is surrounded by bare nature, even hear the voice of animals very closely at night (24 hours security guard so it is safe) this was exciting experience. One more good thing is clear instruction of tips. As a Japanese, we don’t have tips customs, I don’t get use to it. Our guide instructed at the first day, it is helpful. It was great journey, and I think we are lucky enough to meet good guide.
