On this day you leave Arusha town; the base town for safaris in the northern Tanzania and along the Arusha – Dodoma highway a scenic drive towards the Serengeti National Park. You will pass by a supermarket (if you wish) for some last-minute shopping of any personal effects that you may need then drive through a scenic Masai Steppe and head across the Great Rift Valley’s floor, up the escarpment and traverse the Ngorongoro Conservation area in what will ultimately end up being a pleasant and enjoyable scenic drive as you enjoy the beautiful scenery and breathtaking visitors on your way to the Serengeti National Park. Arrive the Serengeti in the afternoon for an afternoon game drive until Evening when you will check in at a Camp/lodge for dinner and overnight. Lunch is taken at one of the Picnic sites most likely at the Naabi Hill Gate where you will also get the chance to stretch your legs as your guide sorts out the registration and relevant paperwork.

After breakfast, Commence on a full-day game drive in central Serengeti, home to diverse wildlife including lions, leopards, elephants, and more. Experience a captivating sunrise as predators hunt, followed by a drive along the Sogore River Circuit for possible sightings of lions, gazelles, and cheetahs. Visit the Visitor Centre near Seronera Lodge for wildlife displays and enjoy a picnic lunch. In the afternoon, explore the Kopjes Circuit for encounters with lions and other wildlife. Return to the lodge for overnight stay.

Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in the Serengeti, with a break for lunch and leisure at the lodge in the midafternoon. Serengeti, meaning "endless plains" in Masai, hosts carnivores like leopard, lion, hyena, and cheetah. Witness the annual migration of wildebeest and zebra between the Kenyan Mara and Serengeti. Spot diverse bird species including eagles, vultures, herons, and over 500 more. Serengeti National Park boasts over 3 million large mammals, including the "big 5" - Elephant, Rhino, Lion, Leopard, and Buffalo. Witness the spectacular migration northwards in May or early June, with predators trailing the herds. After lunch, continue game viewing in Serengeti before heading to Ngorongoro gate to exit the park. Proceed with a game drive en route to Ngorongoro. Dinner and overnight stay at a Camp or Lodge at the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater.

After breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater with a lunch box for a thrilling game drive lasting over 7 hours. Formed by an ancient volcano, the crater is now a haven for wildlife, boasting the Big Five. Protected by its high walls, it's home to about 30,000 animals, including the critically endangered black rhino. With a year-round water supply, the crater supports diverse wildlife such as wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, and predators like lions, hyenas, and leopards. After a picnic lunch, enjoy another game drive before returning to Arusha.

5.00Our 4 days Tanzania Private Luxury Safari with Burigi Chato Safaris was absolutely amazing! From the wide Serengeti plains to the stunning Ngorongoro Crater, every place we visited was breathtaking. Our guide was so friendly, knowledgeable, and always made sure we had the best experience. The safari vehicle was very comfortable, the accommodation were truly luxurious, and the food was so delicious. This 4 days Tanzania Private Luxury trip was beyond our expectations and gave us memories we will never forget. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants both comfort and adventure in Tanzania!

5.00After Tanzania safari we visited Kenya and visited 4 famous national parks, starting with Maasai Mara , Amboseli, Lake Nakuru and did a Nairobi city Tour, Kenya is beautiful and we plan to come back again

5.00We were there for 4 days but our accommodations were tents that were moved from location to location. Camping gave us the opportunity to get into areas unfrequented by other tourists. The guides were all very professional and had great knowledge of the area and the wildlife. We liked the concept of setting up a table in a clearing and stopping for tea and cakes for the morning and a cocktail for sunset.

5.00Kenya provided us with a true sense of wilderness, great bush vibe and the viewing of predators or plains animals was awesome - the animals had great space and as a result we were able to see behaviors every day rather than once or twice in the whole safari.

5.00My friend and I had an amazing Safari in Kenya. We saw so much wildlife within the 4 nights/5 days Lodging Safari. Joseph made sure we felt comfortable and safe. They were accommodating about our vegetarian/vegan diet, as well. Our guides were proud of their breadth of knowledge and being able to tell what bird we just spotted only by looking at its flight pattern—even without binoculars! The highlight was being in the quiet of nature. Our guides always made our safety of the utmost priority. I highly recommend this Safari and the services of Burigi Chato Safaris.
