After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife areas. The crater floor is home to lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, hippos, flamingos, and the rare black rhinoceros. Enjoy a half-day game drive with picnic lunch inside the crater. In the afternoon, ascend the crater and drive back to Arusha, marking the end of your safari.

5.00Our four-day safari in Tanzania was absolutely incredible: we set off from the elephant-infested Tarangire forests to the vast, wildlife-rich plains of the Serengeti, where we saw the Great Migration and the lions up close, and completed the journey in the unique, concentrated ecosystem of the Ngorongoro Crater, often referred to as the Eden of Africa. The whole journey was flawless: comfortable accommodation, stunning guides and incessant animal encounters created the perfect and unforgettable adventure.
