This business is really legit and awesome. It’s a family business and so they do everything themselves with care, from greeting you at the front desk, to helping you with whatever other bookings/requests you need. Although my husband and I booked them for Santa Cruz only, they were super helpful in helping us book tickets to and from san cristobal, as well as recommending tours / assisting with bookings. The tour guide they work with for the day tours out of Santa Cruz is also really good (+ speaks fluent English) with loads of experience. Also, the hotel provided is also owned by the business and is super nice - very clean, stylish and modern, but has a really homey and island-vibe to it. Breakfast everyday was plentiful. This service made our stay in Galapagos really comfortable and easy, we highly recommend going with Galapagos a la carte.

We loved our 4 day stay in the Galapagos with Galapagos A La Carte. Byron did an amazing job of organizing everything so that we were comfortable and got to see as much of the islands as possible in such a short stay. From the moment we arrived, a guide was there to help us navigate the shuttle, ferry, and our transportation to the hotel. Our guide upon arrival had an extensive educational background in his area of expertise and was extremely knowledgeable about the island, and we loved getting to see dozens of giant wild tortoises with him while learning more about the flora and fauna on the islands. Our hotel room was extremely clean and comfortable with a good breakfast. Our next couple days were day trips by boat to some of the nearby islands (Bartolome and South Plaza Islands). Each day included awesome snorkeling experiences and a delicious lunch. We got to see so many animals closely in their natural habitat, including several penguins, which was what I was most excited to see! The staff onboard were very friendly and helpful when we struggled with a bit of sea sickness. Our dinners each night were at fantastic local restaurants and Byron even walked us to the restaurants to ensure we found them easily. We were given another guide who accompanied us on the journey back to the airport, and we loved talking with her and hearing about life growing up on the islands. Overall, I am so happy we booked this package and didn't have to worry about a single thing as we enjoyed such a beautiful place. I would highly suggest it to any first time Galapagos visitors
