The adventure kicks off with thrilling rapids like Boiling Pot and Morning Glory, culminating in setting up camp at Songwe Camp beyond Rapid 10, known as the Gnashing Jaws of Death.

We had the experience of a lifetime and would recommend this company above all others in the area . The guides were great and very professional. The owner is from a local village and hires his employees from the same village . They are just wonderful. We can't wait to go back .

We are guides from the USA and we booked a trip with Maano. We picked them because they support their tribe all their staff comes from there. Our guide was James who is their senior guide. Abraham was our cook (amazing food and taught us how to make nshima a traditional African dish (that is so tasty) Soldier was our safty kayaker ( sorry your time with us was not more exciting lol no swims.) and after the first day we had Alon (hope I got your name right) join us for a little extra paddle power. Enoch the owner did everything he could to make sure we had an unforgettable time on the mighty Zambezi! Their whole staff that we dealt with was amazing and very friendly. I would not go with any other company. Thank you so much.

An excellent 4 day rafting experience with Captain James , Abraham,Allan and Sargent. The guys made this a truly wonderful and memorable trip that exceeded our expectations. The rapids were fantastic ( we managed not to flip the boat ) the scenery stunning, and the campsites perfect. We were treated like VIP’s the whole time, tents were erected, meals cooked and kit looked after. The trip was well paced with plenty of chill time as well as the rafting, much needed when you’re 60 + . This was something I dreamed of doing for many years and it couldn’t have gone better. We were very glad we chose this company. The icing on the cake was the wonderfully produced video that was sent to us a few days later. An amazing keepsake ! Thank you to everybody involved in making this happen .
