Although, this tour program is set to let you find out three beautiful Ethiopian tourist destinations, you will explore many others in route. Langano is a lake in the Oromia Region of Ethiopia, exactly 200 kilometers by road south of the capital, Addis Ababa, on the border between the Misraq Shewa and Arsi Zones. The first European to record its existence, Oscar Neumann, records that it was also known as "Lake Kore". And, Senkelle Wldlife Sanctuary is located 48km west of Hawassa, it is 340 kms south of Addis Ababa and covers an area of 54km2. The sanctuary was originally established to protect the endemic and endangered antelope species called Swayne’s hartebeests.

Lake Ziway
You will have an early drive to Lake Langano. and en route you will make a stop on Awash River and Lake Ziway to visit aquatic birds.
Continue your drive to Lake Langano (200Km from Addis Ababa, one of the Rift Valley Lakes and the only lake that you can swim in). Upon arrival, you will check into a resort by the lake side. In the evening you will have dinner at the lodge and stay the night there.

After breakfast, you will drive to Awassa (75 Km from Langano). And you will be arriving in Awassa afternoon. Right after you check into a hotel, you can walk along the lake shore for nice evening sunset and aquatic birds. You will have dinner and spend the night at the hotel.

In the morning after breakfast, you will visit the scenic morning Fish market in Awassa. Then you will drive to Senkelle Wildlife Sanctuary (90 Km from Awassa, well-known for endemic and endangered subspecies of Swayne’s Hartebeest).

In the morning after breakfast, you will visit the scenic morning Fish Market in Awassa. Then you will drive back to Addis Ababa. On the way, you will also visit Abiatta-Shala National Park, Lake Shala (a very deep crater lake - over 260 meters deep) and Lake Abiatta (a soda lake with thousands of flamingos). You will stop for lunch at Ziway.

You will arrive in Addis Ababa late afternoon and you will do some shopping for souvenirs. Finally you will be taken to a farewell dinner depending on your scheduled flight; you will be transferred out to Bole International Airport for return flight back home.
