  I highly recommend Safari Souls! My wife and I had an unforgettable 4-day safari with them, and everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. From the beginning, Angel, the company representative, was incredibly kind and helpful. She answered all our questions patiently and gave us the best recommendations to prepare for the trip. Our safari took us through the Serengeti, then the Ngorongoro Crater, and finally, Tarangire National Park. The accommodations arranged by Safari Souls were excellent, with stunning views right in the heart of the parks. The highlight of our trip was definitely our guide, Ally Kimea. We were so lucky to have him! Ally went above and beyond to make sure we saw as many animals and breathtaking landscapes as possible. His knowledge about wildlife, nature, and local culture is truly impressive, and he was always happy to share and answer our questions. On top of that, he is such a warm, considerate, and fun person we had great conversations throughout the journey. Thanks to Safari Souls and Ally, this was a once in a lifetime experience that we will never forget.   We planned our safari with our best friends, making it a trip for two couples. Initially, we intended for an 8-day safari followed by 3 days in Zanzibar. However, our friends decided to extend their safari to 11 days, leaving us with 8 days together and a different itinerary for the last 3 days. Amid this planning challenge, only Safari Soles could provide two different quotations and arrange our flights from North Serengeti airport, ensuring everything went smoothly. Upon landing in Arusha at 2 AM, our pickup driver was waiting for us to take us to our hotel. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication regarding our early check-in request, and our hotel wasn’t ready until 11 AM. Thankfully, Safari Soles and our driver, Balthazar, quickly coordinated a solution, finding us a room at a nearby resort-style hotel. While it was a bit inconvenient, their prompt response turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. The following day, we enjoyed a half-day city tour in Arusha, meeting up with our friends who had just arrived to start their safari the next day. Our safari guide, Godlisten Junior, was exceptional. From the outset, he was focused on giving us the best experience possible. Even when he realized we were four people instead of two, he assured us he would handle it with the company, allowing us to make the most of our time. We faced another hotel issue in Central Serengeti, which required us to move to a different lodge. We ended up loving the replacement lodge so much that we considered staying there longer. Junior provided valuable advice on how to adjust our itinerary, giving us comfort and reassurance that our safari experience would remain unaffected. Throughout our safari, we witnessed incredible wildlife action. Junior had an impressive ability to predict animal behavior. For instance, when we spotted a cheetah, he anticipated it would head to drink water and positioned our jeep perfectly before any other vehicles could catch on. His vast knowledge of the landscapes and how to maximize our time in the parks was evident. Junior's passion for wildlife and his profession truly enhanced our experience. What stood out most about Junior was his pride and dedication to his work. He seamlessly blended the roles of safari guide, tour leader, driver, ranger, and problem solver. He continuously assessed our schedule, suggesting improvements and promising to make each day better than the last. As highlighted in my review, having a guide like Junior is crucial. He singlehandedly determined the quality of our experience. Miscommunication, problem will arise but if you have a guide like Junior, these problems almost solved by itself. The role of a guide in a safari is paramount, and Junior delivered beyond our expectations.

  My safari with Safari Soles was amazing. From planning to execution, everything was great. Communication from the beginning to the end was top tier. They were very flexible and accommodating to last minute changes without hesitation. I made changes to the trip almost a week before, and they made arrangements with no problem. The specialized luxury itinerary was perfect. We enjoyed every lodge Safari Soles recommended. I especially appreciate them addressing and professionally handling a mishap that occurred at one of the lodges. I would definitely recommend Safari Soles to my family and friends and other visitors looking for a safari company in Tanzania. Also, paying in cash upon arrival is normal. I searched for reviews that talked about this but found few so I thought I would mention this. We were very hesitant about traveling with such large amounts of cash, but they reassured us it was normal to pay in cash and I am happy to say everything was up to par. The manager of the company met us at our arrival hotel and we paid him in USD before our safari began. Everything went smoothly. I have zero complaints. Don’t hesitate to book with Safari Soles

  This is a life time experience! Everything was perfect and smooth thanks to a very accurate organisation of the tour (great thanks to Catherine and Jessica) and to our wonderful guide Jonathan! I do not see how better things could have been. All of them have done a wonderful job. Jonathan is the guide that everybody would wish to have for a safari, he is truly an added value to the tour. Always available for answering questions, excellent and careful driver, very knowledgeable about the parks and animals and, above all, a very nice person! The lodges selected by Catherine were simply amazing, locations and services being much beyond our expectations. Great thanks to the team. Bernard and Fede.

  We had an excellent 3 day and 2 night safari experience in Serengeti and Ngorogoro Crater with Safari Soles Tour. Our guide, Ernest, was very knowledgeable about the animals and the park in general. I learned more about Serengeti, Ngorgoro, and all the animals from Ernest in 3 days compared to the months of research I did online. The entire safari experience that Raphael (safari soles tour manager) provided us with exceeded our expectations — he gave us a few different options and presented us with the perfect package! We hope to return to Tanzania for another safari experience with Safari Soles Tour.

  Our Safari to the Serengeti was preceded by a long preparation. Thanks to Magreth's expert organization, everything was prepared to perfection. Since this was a trip to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary nothing could go wrong. After a week of Zanzibar this Safari tour led us first via Seronera Airstrip to the western Serengeti where we were allowed to experience the great migration of the wildebeest, then central and eastern Serengeti after which we visited the Ngorongoro crater before returning to Arusha. Our goal was to see the Big 5, and we succeeded! Thanks to the excellent driving skills and terrain and animal knowledge of our guide-driver Elias, we have spotted the lion, the elephant, buffalo, leopard and finally the very rare black rhino! Safari Soles really has a top team and deserves the trust of everyone who wants to go on Safari in Tanzania! The accommodations chosen were all unique experiences amidst unspoilt nature.   Absolutely amazing experience with Safari Soles and our guide Jonathan. It was excellent since the minute we requested it. They reply and communicate immediately, answering all of your questions and helped us with anything we needed. They planned it all and helped to adjust it just how we wanted it. Everything went smooth without any problem. Jonathan was very knowledgable and told us lot of things about the country and animals.   The tour was excellently organised. Everything, from pick-up from our hotel throuhghout the whole safari, was taken care of with extraordinarly friendlyness and efficiency. Whathever happened our guide (both Innocent and then Ernest) stayed cool and professional and immidiately solved the few problems that emerged. The safari experience was of course amazing and the hotels best ever (especially Melia Serengeti and Kilimamoya Lake Manyara lodge) .   My husband and I booked a safari with Safari Soles for our honeymoon and I’m so glad we did. It was an incredible experience! Our guide Raymond was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the animals we encountered and Tanzanian culture. He ensured that we were able to see as many animals as we could! We added on a hot air balloon tour, which was absolutely incredible, worth every penny. The lodging and the food was also excellent.   Elias's knowledge of the Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater was incredible and lead to us seeing many animals totally on our own. His knowledge and passion for the areas we visited and the animals we saw shone through in incredible, passionate stories.
